I purchased a 5x8 storage tent from UK Tents three years ago, and it’s still standing strong! The quality has truly held up over time. Whenever I need advice on dealing with bad weather, their team is always ready to help with useful tips and great support. A real class act—highly recommend!

We bought an industrial tent 8m x 12m and erected it on the last weekend in May 2024, including paying for extra long stakes for soft ground. Some struts and cables broke within a day or two and they sent replacements although customer service didn’t seem to know what they were talking about. We worried that the tent didn’t seem very stable and invested separately in a lot of additional cables, more extra long stakes and more extra strong ratchet straps - all to no avail. Within 6 months the tent collapsed and is now a crumpled heap in our field, only good for scrap. Over £4,000 for a tent that lasted less than 6 months seems very very poor value. Avoid. An additional note in response to UK Tents’ response - your comment that we ‘purchased this in March and said this has been in use since May’ is laughable since you only delivered it from your warehouse on 25th May - and that’s when we started putting it up. So it was up for less than 6 months. And your comment that Abby had helped us… well it’s true that she answered my emails but she sadly seemed unable to answer my direct questions but didn’t seem to bother to ask someone who could have told her the answer. So all in all, not helpful and just added to the frustration. You recommend that constant maintenance is needed for the tent, I have told you, we were constantly maintaining it and buying and fitting additional ways to try to make it more stable and increase its chances of staying up! Also it makes me very angry to read your comment about making ‘review threats’ as I didn’t mention reviews or make any threat at all! I hoped UK Tents would be more understanding of our disappointment and over £4,000 loss, but Abby’s response to my emails where I explained the situation, certainly failed to do that.

I recently purchased a pop-up gazebo for my pub from UK Tents, and I have to say—it’s the best one I’ve ever had! I’ve used other companies in the past, but none have delivered the quality and service that UK Tents provided.

What truly stood out was their same-day delivery service. Being based in Manchester, I wasn’t expecting such a fast turnaround considering their warehouse is in Bedfordshire, but they made it happen without any issues.

The gazebo itself is excellent—sturdy, easy to set up, and perfect for what I needed. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, was seamless.

I highly recommend UK Tents to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

We recently bought a marquee lining from UK Tents, and it made decorating so much easier. Linings can be very expensive, so finding one at a good price without losing quality was a big relief.

If you’re comparing this to super high-end linings that cost thousands, it’s not the same—but that’s the whole point! For the price, this lining is amazing. It’s excellent value for money, and I’d rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 for affordability and quality.

The process with UK Tents was smooth from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and budget-friendly options. Great product, great team, great value!

We’ve had the Titan industrial tent from UK Tents set up behind our pub for two years now, storing plastic cups, and I have to say—it’s been a real trooper! This tent has faced all kinds of bad weather, and it’s still standing strong. Of course, like anything exposed to the elements, it does require a bit of maintenance, but that’s to be expected.

One thing I’d say to anyone considering one of these tents: if you’re planning to build it and leave it there forever without any care, you’re asking for trouble—it’s a tent, not a permanent building! With a little attention and upkeep, though, it does its job incredibly well.

Overall, I’m very impressed with the durability and reliability of the Titan. It’s been a fantastic solution for us, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a sturdy, weather-resistant storage option. Great job, UK Tents!

We bought a Marquee liner from UK tents, the quality is very poor, the velcro is all sewn in the wrong places, some of the sections are shorter than the others, we we emailed to complain, No reply!! wouldn't bother dealing with them again.

Just had a very helpful back a forth with Andy from UK tents. He later then luckily spotted a mistake I had made on my order and quickly swapped it for the correct product. Simply quick and helpful. Thank you

We're just about to dismantle our 6 x 12 professional marquee after it has been pitchside at our polo club for 6 months. After a wide range of different weather including a few very windy days, it has stood the test of time, the framework is fabulously strong.
We will have a couple of repairs where the edging on the canvas roof has come away on one section, I've just asked for a recommended glue so I can repair it.
When we put it together next year we will use cable ties for the 6 month period because the elastic toggles can't cope.
I've given the company 5 stars (even with the issues) because I wouldn't expect something to last completely unscathed for 6 months in the weather we have had.

Horrible experience.
I sent pictures of small holes ( damage) and small stain , plus there were missing linning and they just ignored. I pay so much money and it is a company that ripping off customers. I really hope karma catch up them. Please do not buy from them. I lost £550 which i paid with Klarma. I completely regret find them . several calls and emails and they do not help. excuses and excuses. THIS LOOKED AS OLD STOCK ( What disappointed me the most was the lack of empathy and acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused and lost in every sense) wish i read all others review before i purchased this rubbish lining.

We gave them a ridiculous time scale to put together a complex design and Dan in particular went beyond the call of duty to ensure we got what we needed on time and to the correct specifications.

I needed a marquee for my wedding as the supplier let me down I called UK tents and they saved my wedding!!

Really pleased with the guys at UK tents,from their prompt response to my enquiry to me purchasing their 12x6 professional marquee for our upcoming wedding in August.
The team in the office were very thorough with providing us with great insight as to what would work to suit our wedding and for the number of guests we have. From the fixtures lighting and flooring everything was explained in detail to us and what would be the best fit as we are having it at home in our garden.

Couldn't be happier great customer service, fantastic value for money delivered super fast. Highly recommended

I recently purchased products from UK Tents, spending over £1000. Unfortunately, when I opened the product a little over a month after purchase, I discovered it was faulty. I reached out to the company to report the issue and was informed that they have a strict 30-day policy for reporting faults. This policy left me without recourse, despite the significant cost and the importance of the purchase for my upcoming wedding.

What disappointed me the most was the lack of empathy and acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Despite explaining the situation, I received responses that were strictly policy-driven, with no apologies for the faulty product or the resulting inconvenience.

While I understand the need for businesses to have policies, customer service should also involve understanding and flexibility, especially in exceptional circumstances. Unfortunately, my experience with UK Tents fell short in this regard. I am left dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service received.

In summary, product lacks of quality and no empathy from staff at all.

Abby and Amanda were great to deal with. Howards knowledge was really helpful. Really recommend as I had a great experience buying from UK Tents! We bought the 5x8 professional marquee and it’s 100 times better than I expected!

Great value, excellent product would highly recommend. Our friend Eble who we met from Redbridge sports centre recommended the company to me. I owe him two more glasses of water. Top service!

Had a last minute panic when the weather turned and it was due to rain all weekend when we were hosting 50 people at a surprise 60th for my mum.
Almost had to cancel until we came across UK Tents. So many positives, I don't know where to start.

Prices and quality are brilliant. I went for a professional 8x4m Gazebo which feels heavy duty and up to the task for many many years.

The party was on Saturday, I rang up the team friday morning and was able to purchase and collect the Marquee 2 hours later.

Super easy to setup. They said we needed 4 people, but to be honest we did it with 3 in heavy rain and wind, so that can only be a positive.

They were super helpful with advice on the phone and everything they advised worked out.

The only slight grumble is that we seem to have become the family venue for all future celebrations!

Came to the rescue last minute when the tent I had ordered from another supplier failed to turn up. Really good quality 6x3 gazebo. Would def use them again.
