Excellent value marquee! we have used it on many occasions for hosting as a music venue at local festivals. easy to erect (with a team of 4) and properly pegged and strapped down, you'll have no worries. Brilliant customer service too

We ordered a tent several months ago and delivery was prompt and straightforward. Unfortunately, we did not check all of the contents at the time of delivery, and later identified that some items were missing.

After contacting Igor at House of Tents, the level of customer service we received was excellent. Igor was extremely helpful, responsive and professional throughout, and resolved the issue quickly and without any difficulty.

We really appreciated the assistance and would happily recommend House of Tents based on our experience.

Product arrived on time and easy to assemble. Had a slight issue and needed to call customer service to resolve. Yanka was excellent and within 48 hours the problem was resolved. More than happy with the product and quality and would highly recommend.

Very poor delivery experience.

Ordered a marquee at the start of May based on the advertised 3-day mainland delivery. Even allowing for bank holidays, the process quickly became chaotic.

The order was split across multiple shipments, and almost every stage had an issue:

- One box arrived heavily damaged and was returned by the courier
- A replacement delivery then included the wrong item entirely
- Multiple deliveries arrived incomplete, making it impossible to assemble or even check the full order
- Replacement items were slow to dispatch, with unclear and inconsistent communication

After nearly two weeks, I still did not have a complete and correct order.

This directly impacted planned bookings and caused unnecessary disruption at the worst possible time, as I was trying to launch a small events setup. Managing multiple large boxes, incorrect items, and ongoing delays was extremely frustrating.

While the company did respond to emails, the overall handling of the order was disorganised and fell well below expectations.

Based on this experience, I would not rely on the stated delivery times or expect a smooth process. If you need something for a specific date, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I bought 2 portable garages for 2 classic cars they are watertight and sturdy, i broke the zip on one side ,so house of tents replaced without any issues first class

The after sales service (replacement of a broken part) was awesome. Igor solved our problem with professionality, kindness and competence. He even managed to trace an old order in a veritable treasure hunt!
Will definitely order from them again in the future.

Great service & delivery with our initial purchase of a 5x10 marquee for corporate events, and subsequent service on some spares. Good communications via the website and over the phone to check we've got the right parts. Recommended.

We're really pleased with our lovely gazebo. It arrived quickly, was easy to construct and looks great. It's well built, sturdy and provides great shade from the sun. I've also found the customer service team to be super helpful.

I have been delighted with the experience of dealing with House of Tents. They have been timely and considerate in everything they have done.

I purchased an 8m x 8m marquee in December for personal use. It arrived in 9 boxes on time as specified, which I stored away in my garage as I actually needed to use in July and the boxes were too heavy.for me to check for each items and trusted that house of tents would have shipped the exact full order. Nevertheless I decided to erect the marquee in May for my grand daughters birthday party and it came to light that I had 1 base connecter missing which meant I could not put the base on at the front of the marquee. It did not matter to me much as I was going to leave the front open so erected the marquee which was a lovely product and also loved by all family and friends in attendance.

I sent an email to the sales supervisor who had initially dealt with my order by the name of Igor who was wonderful and very very helpful, he did state that it was my responsibility to check the contents of the order within 14 days of delivery so that any missing items or issues can be resolved. I sent an email explaining the reason for not checking contents until last week and re. "The missing piece." Igor replied back that all issues must be addressed within 14 days of delivery, but as a gesture of goodwill that he and house of tents would be sending me the missing part. This is what I call amazing aftersales and customer service by the company and the staff. I will certainly be ordering from them again should I require any other items and have also recommended to all my friends and family.
Only 1 negative point. I ordered some bags for storage of my marquee in April and the the wrong bags turned up as i found out when i opened the box to put away mmy marquee and my marquees canvas never fitted in the any of the 3 square bags provided. I think they did not send the larger square bag as upon checking the picture there should have been 4 square bags with 1 a bit larger but not received.
But once again a great company to do business with, Great customer service and most importantly great aftersales and highly recommended.

Needing replacement curtains for my gazebo I called customer support with some questions. These were answered efficiently and courteously. A pleasant experience.

Efficient and safe delivery. The quality of the product is very good. Although I do have a small dent and some light scratches, they're minor and manageable.

The Gazebo (3 x 3.6 m) we bought is massive, easy to assemble. I mostly do it on my own, just with help in erecting up the posts and fixing the screws of the top panels. The only difficult part is the fitting of the top panels as you need to constantly adjust the frame structure to allow the panels a proper snug into place. Luckily I read many reviews before and I didn't tighten all the screws of the frame, allowing me to constantly change the framework to accommodate the roof panels. Screwing the top nut cap is difficult and you need a helping hand holding the bolt from below so that you can tighten them above. Aligning the panels and holes took me 2 hours.

The baseplate is hollow which could be better with thicker material, the posts just sit on the baseplate with 2 screws to tighten, which I think it would be better if there's a sleeve on the baseplate for the post to suck into. Maybe it's by design but That's my 2 cents.

I didn't use the provided expansion bolts on my Indian stone, which probably will be a nightmare down the line. I use resin anchor with 200 mm stainless steel M10 rods, 3 or 4 rods per leg, depending on whether it's too close to the edge of my stones. It's rock solid now on the stone deep into the MOT and without any tension to the stone.
