We are very sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the level of quality or support we want to provide.

What you described reflects some of the production issues we faced at our previous factory, which is exactly why we have moved to a new, more established manufacturing partner who also works with globally recognized brands. This change marks an important step for us as a brand and, more importantly, for the quality we offer to our community.

We know this does not solve your frustration, but we really appreciate your feedback. It encourages us to improve, and we are improving.

We’re very sorry that your experience wasn’t the best. We’ve been through some challenges recently, especially with our previous manufacturing partner. Unfortunately, some quality issues arose, and that’s exactly what led us to make a big decision: to move to a new factory with more infrastructure, higher standards, and the same team that produces for other top global brands.

As a small and growing brand, these transitions can be difficult, but they’re also super important. This new phase means a lot to us and it is a step forward not only for the quality of our products, but also for the way we deliver the experience we want our customers to have.

We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the way things were handled in your case. Your feedback helps us improve, and that’s exactly what we’re doing.

Thank you for your feedback and for trying our brand.

We are sorry to hear that the shoes did not work for you and that the return process was expensive. Although our return address is in the UK, the cost of shipping is ultimately dependent on the postal service you have chosen and unfortunately this is something beyond our control.

We understand that this is a high cost and we are sorry that this has added to your frustration.
