We’re so sorry you are experiencing an issue with your recent purchase. We truly understand how frustrating it must have been to receive items that didn’t fit as expected, followed by the long wait for your exchange and the confusion around shipping fees.

If you wish to return or exchange your items, there isn’t any cost. You have three options to ship your items back to us:

A) Use the FedEx return label with a $8.99 fee
B) Return using your own carrier

As a one-time courtesy, we have refunded the return label fee of $9.48. You should see this refund reflected in your account within 5 to 10 business days.

After reviewing your order, we can see that the original item (CK856CGKT XL) was unavailable, so it was replaced with CK856CGKT 2X. The replacement item is currently on clearance for $11.65, and that is the price that was charged for it. At this time, we were unable to locate a recent order showing a scrub top priced at $30.
