We’d like to provide some clarity on what happened. We did receive your request on December 12th to cancel one item from your order. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue, the updated order was not submitted to processing until December 29th. We want to be very clear that this was our error, and we fully own it. We’re truly sorry for the lack of timely updates and for how this impacted your preparation for your new role.

After the order entered processing, there was a brief delay while we worked through a payment processing issue. We’re happy to share that the payment has now been successfully processed, and to help make this right, we’ve expedited your order to 2-day shipping at no additional cost. Because the items include embroidery, the order is expected to be delivered within 3–4 business days.

We understand how stressful and discouraging this experience has been, especially with an important start date approaching.
