We completely understand how concerning those messages must have felt, and we appreciate your patience. To clarify, when an order is placed, we run a preauthorization to verify the payment method, and the final charge is only completed once the order physically ships. Unfortunately, the initial payment was not authorizing properly, which caused the repeated notifications and delay. Any initial authorizations were voided, and depending on your bank, it can take 7–10 business days for those funds to return to your account.

We’re happy to confirm that the payment successfully went through today, January 11th, and your order has shipped via USPS. We’re very sorry for the frustration this situation has caused and truly understand your concern. We’d like to clarify what happened on our end. An order totaling $116.76 was placed from your account on October 3, 2025, and it was marked as delivered on October 8, 2025 with carrier tracking #481689470724.

When you contacted us the same day stating the package was not received, we immediately opened an investigation with the carrier and offered to issue a refund as you requested on October 14th, 2025. However, once a refund dispute is opened, a hold is automatically placed on the transaction, which prevents us from submitting a refund until the dispute is closed.

We never intended for you to lose your refund, only to clarify that refunds cannot be processed while a dispute is active. We have made several attempts to reach you by phone and email to explain this and to help resolve the issue, but we have not yet received a response.

We genuinely want to refund you and make this right. Please contact us directly, and once the dispute is dropped, we will immediately submit the refund so it can go through without issue. We appreciate your patience and are here to help.
