We’re truly sorry that you didn’t receive the gift card and for the frustration this delay caused. Waiting 10 days for a gift; especially one meant to be timely; is understandably disappointing, and we take that seriously.

While physical gift cards are shipped via standard mail, we understand your feedback regarding tracking and are actively reviewing how we can improve this experience going forward.

We’d really like the chance to make this right. Please contact our Customer Service team directly, and we’ll offer a solution that works best for you, either voiding and replacing the card with an e-gift card for immediate delivery, or voiding it and issuing a full refund, or we could also send out a new physical gift card.
