Absolutely first rate experience with UP from the start to the very finish. The team could not have been more helpful and accommodating throughout. Extremely proactive and clear and concise in communicating 6 and offering sound/ reasonable advice. Incredible value for money too compared to other local competitors.

We've used Up Estates for several years now to manage our two rental properties and have been very pleased with the professional standard of service both from the organisation generally and from our regular customer contact Elena.
Their fixed price service also particularly suits our needs.

really recommend UP Estates

we appointed UP Estates late October for the sale of my late father-in-law's 3-bedroomed terrace house in Poets Corner. From the initial valuation, UP Estates were "on it" - they arrived on the Monday and within the hour had the floor plan prepared and within 24 hours we had approved the description and it was uploaded to their website.
as the property was vacant, we paid the extra premium for UP to manage the viewings without our input. by Friday 31st October we had 10+ viewings and by the following week we had "best and final" offers from all bidders above our asking price.
The teams across UP estates were very efficient - no fluff or hot air just an effective team of people committed to selling the property.
i would thoroughly recommend UP Estates without hesitation.
