Upon inspection, I found that the support team already fully refunded the money for the pants that were defective and you felt unsatisfied with. Therefore I was wondering if you have any questions about the refund, as you seemed still dissatisfied with the refund.

First of all, we would like to express our sincerest apologies that the shopping experience did not meet your expectations. We take every customer's feedback very seriously, especially when the product does not exactly match the description, which does affect your shopping mood, and we deeply regret that.

With regard to the embroidered jeans and boho rompers you mentioned, it is a pity that they are not made of denim as advertised. We understand your expectations for product authenticity, and this is what we always strive to ensure. You have successfully returned the item to our US warehouse and received a full refund and we are pleased that the customer service team provided satisfactory communication during this process.

For the $17 shipping cost incurred during the return process, although you have received a refund for the item, the additional logistics cost is really frowned upon. As compensation, we are willing to offer a shopping voucher of the same value. Please let us know your order number and we will contact you.

First of all, we want to clarify that though the channel to reach out to us doesn't contain phone calls, we have a dedicated and prompt customer service team that can make a response within one business day. This can make sure that the questions of our customers are timely replied to.

Regarding the items, it is verified that the boho dress is in order UR00188972, which was M in the first place. You can verify it by logging into your account.

First of all, we are very sorry that the goods you received did not meet your expectations. We value your feedback and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this shopping experience.

With regard to the dress you mentioned, we understand your disappointment. The difference between the picture and the real thing, especially regarding the printing of the lace and tassel parts, was unexpected. We acknowledge that this does affect the overall texture and appearance of the garment, causing you distress.

Regarding fabrics, we assure you that the materials used are tested and designed to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers. However, we also understand that everyone's feelings about fabrics may be different, so we will pay more attention to the material selection and description accuracy of future products.

As for the size issue, we understand that the XL size selected according to the scale table is different from the Australian 28 size, which may cause you inconvenience. We will conduct an internal review of this and work to improve our sizing guidelines to ensure more accurate sizing matches.

Finally, we are very sorry for the difficulty of the return process. We are always working to streamline the return process, but clearly there was an oversight in this handling. We will feed this process back to the relevant teams to ensure that such requests can be handled more efficiently in the future.
