Before you travel
- Payment card: a credit card in the main driver's name is needed for the security deposit. Deposit amounts and accepted cards vary by location and are shown before you book.
- Documents: bring your full driving licence and a valid ID. Some countries also need an International Driving Permit.
- Booked through a travel site? Check your voucher for what's included. Cover bought from a third party works differently from ours, and the counter will still need a deposit.

Attente interminable, véhicule sale et non-respect du contrat
Bureau de l'agence très éloigné de l'aéroport. L'agent est arrivé avec 1h30 de retard par rapport au rendez-vous fixé, sans le moindre mot d'excuse (et ce, malgré trois appels téléphoniques du bureau de l'aéroport).
Au total, le délai pour récupérer le véhicule a été de 2 heures après mon arrivée. Des frais supplémentaires non conformes au contrat m'ont été facturés, et la caution était excessivement élevée (2 300 € pour une petite voiture). Pour couronner le tout, le véhicule était très sale et le réservoir d'essence était complètement vide à la réception

Ondanks op voorhand alle info door te hebben gegeven, duurde het het nog erg lang voordat we onze huurauto meekregen. Ook het inleveren duurde erg lang.
Onvriendelijk personeel. Slechte communicatie.

Truffe Legalizzate.Pagato e non avuto l’auto.
Pessima esperienza,noleggio mai avvenuto xke non ci hanno consegnato l’auto in quanto se non hai un volo di ritorno imminente al noleggio non puoi avere l’auto.Sul sito non era indicata quest’obbligo e quindi SOLDI PERSI.Viene utilizzata questa regola per TRUFFARE poveri clienti.
Ad oggi non e possibile che permettono certe truffe ai poveri mal capitati su territorio Italiano da Aziende ESTERE che macchiano la citta con qst disavventure.

Tutto perfetto se non fosse che la comunicazione del costo lavaggio auto viene comunicata solo sul posto come mero espediente per risultare come pacchetto più basso rispetto ad altre che comprendono già. Inoltre va pagato in anticipo invece di essere riconosciuto a fine noleggio in caso la macchina ne abbia davvero bisogno...

Pésima
Pésima, hubo un problema en la reserva y todas las soluciones les parecían incorrectas (incluyendo cambio de conductor, realizar la reserva de nuevo aunque perdiésemos el importe de la actual, ...), salvo la contratación de un seguro cuyo coste superaba CON CRECES el precio de la reserva.
No somos novatos en el alquiler de coches, solemos viajar bastante a lo largo del año y de verdad que esto no nos ha pasado nunca. Optamos por perder el importe de la reserva y desplazarnos en tren y Uber, una decepción absoluta.

Pointless premium insurance
We paid for premium insurance and after a misfuelling issue we were told we could claim against the insurance. However, when we tried to find out the insurance details we were met with a brick wall and absolutely no assistance at all. Emails were unanswered and the original hire documents were vague and did not provide contact details of the insurer or a claims process. This means we have now been left with a massive bill which we should have been insured against. Will NEVER use this company again due to the absolute lack of any kind of customer care despite our best efforts to work with them to a successful outcome. Do not use this company.

2h d'attendre dans le parking pour avoir le véhicule après il faut attendre encore pour finir l'inscription malgré c'était déjà fait en ligne, puis il demande de payer un assurance supplémentaire un montant en liquide sans reçu sans ticket,
En rendant la voiture le Monsieur demande de donné un bon Avis et lui envoyer la preuve par whatsapp sinon on sera pas remboursé

A Shuttle bus ride from the airport. Sporadic lifts with lots of waiting
Expensive excess car insurance on top of one Easyjet sold us, you need to get a shuttle to the hire car office. On the way back we had to wait for half an hour to get on the shuttle back to the airport, after being refused access to the first two. Not worth the stress
