Motorhome was perfect size and very clean and virtually brand new. Great service by all the staff I dealt with.

It hurts me to write this as I don’t want anyone to know what a little gem I have found in Vaaroom!! They are so nice and helpful, I hired my first camper van from them a VW T6.1. What a godsend at the British Grand Prix, so happy with it I’ve extended the hire for another week for Goodwood. Sharon so nice and explains the hire process so clearly, I would highly recommend you give them a go, they don’t disappoint

So far so good. We have booked a camper van for our trip in July next year. Sharon could not have been more helpful. Roll on 2025.

I have just had a fantastic experience with Vaaroom!! I would recommend this company and their vans to anyone who is interested in hiring a van !!
The booking was so easy and if you phoned them you had a lady (sorry didn’t get your name ) she was so helpful with queries
I had questions about the gas bottle when we first got the van I emailed and she came back so promptly the guy who worked at the place where you pick up the van called us to help with the query within 10 mins we have no fault with the admin at all so professional

When collecting the van we met Anna who was so nice showed us in depth where everything was it was luxurious clean and such a high spec brand new 24 plate
I was so excited for our trip to Stonehenge summer solstice
We had the most awesome weekend the motorhome just cemented our trip
I urge anyone to use this company as they where fantastic from start to finish

Amazing company - can't believe how much fun we had in the VW for 3 days. Both the booking team and the depot team were great - very helpful. Price point was spot on - have already recommended to everyone we know!

Just returned the Campervan this morning after a long weekend. From booking the campervan to collecting it and returning it, the customer service was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful on the phone, email and in person. I didn’t catch the guys name at the depot but he went over everything before I drove it away and answered any questions I had. Also, Sharon and Amy were so friendly and helpful.
The campervan was clean and easy to use.
Would definitely recommend Vaaroom and we are booking again for a trip in a couple of months

**Title: Horrible Customer Service and Dishonest Practices**

I recently rented a brand new motorhome from Vaaroom and had an incredibly disappointing experience. It's important to note that this review is not about the money but rather about the awful customer service and questionable intentions of this company.

Upon picking up the vehicle, we noticed a few light scratches on the left mirror and pointed them out. The employee assured us that minor wear and tear like this wouldn't be an issue unless it was significant damage. We signed the paperwork, had a good trip, and returned the motorhome in excellent condition, with only some very light scratches on the plastic window, which we again pointed out.

The same employee assured us these minor scratches were inconsequential due to the narrow, branch-lined roads near their rental facility. However, when we returned home, we were met with silence. Despite being told we were first in line when calling, my calls were ignored. An email sent on May 9th went unanswered, and a subsequent call on May 15th promised a response by May 17th, which never came. Finally, on May 20th, I reached them again, only to be informed they decided to withhold our deposit.

It's clear that Vaaroom is a company that makes money by holding onto people's deposits and creating excuses not to return them. Even with full insurance, we had to pay for normal wear and tear, which speaks volumes about their poor customer service and management. Despite cleaning and maintaining the vehicle meticulously, we were left feeling cheated.

I strongly advise against renting from Vaaroom. Their dishonest practices and terrible customer service will leave you frustrated and out of pocket. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reputable rental company.

I’ve just booked a motorhome for the first time and cannot recommend this company enough! Sharon was so helpful, answering all my questions and explaining everything thoroughly. Can’t wait for our trip!

We recently hired a motorhome from Vaaroom. Excellent!! The motorhome was great to drive. Lots of room, spotlessly clean, and despite clocking well over a 1000 miles economical on fuel. The support we received from the company was second to none . We were guided through a couple of issues we experienced early on. We were even contacted to ensure everything was resolved the following day. Can’t fault the vehicle or the care ! Thank you . We would highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

This is my second time dealing with Vaaroom for motorhome hire. Both times they have been great and Sharon in customer services is always especially helpful with all the questions I have and helping me choose the best option. I would definitely hire from them again in future.
