I should've listened to the reviews, I got scammed and paid $100.00 for 2 units 2 weeks ago and never received them. Also, they advertise them as if they are the best thing in the industry but they're not even approved by the FDA and they even mention this should be used as a last resort problem.. pretty much if you know your kid wont make it but still want to have hope go ahead and do so. I am definitely doing a charge back. And I can't forget that customer service... never respond to a single email I sent. Best advice, go with another company DO NOT BUY vacsave

The package was not received. I got a notification from ups stating that the postage used was counterfeit. It’s a scam website. Don’t use

BEWARE — ORDER NOT DELIVERED
I ordered a VacSave device on July 7th, 2026. The company stated that delivery would take 5–7 business days. More than a month later, I still have not received the product. Tracking continues to show that the delivery is "in progress." I contacted the company via the contact form on their website requesting a refund several times but no answer. No phone number to call on their website. I ultimately disputed the charge with my credit card company. Buyers should be aware of the company's stated shipping timeframe and no phone number to call. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
