Do not use this service, they are criminals. It is already taken 4 years to get my paid taxes back. They don't respond on emails or any other contact measure you take. They say the request has been approved (after 2 years) and it has been 2 year further and they still haven't paid it out. , you did not message me untill I posted this review. Still no reply on my reply and no payment yet. And now you flagged my review , no wonder there are no real experience reviews on here.

Process and experience was good. Commission rates are not. I was able to receive a refund of 110⬠on a purchase with a VAT of 179â¬. It's still better than nothing but I think it's excessive.
