Welcome to Amsterdam! Relocating internationally is stressful enough on its own, so dealing with the dreaded "no BSN without an address, no address without a BSN" loop is the absolute last thing you need during a move from London.

It is incredible to hear that Verhuurtbeter, and specifically Kim and I (Sasja), were able to step in and give you the clear guidance and fast updates you needed to land a great apartment. Keeping in regular contact makes all the difference when you are navigating a move from another country.

We also appreciate your feedback about apartment viewings. Since many of our properties are still occupied or newly completed, in-person viewings are often not possible. To help you make an informed decision, we provide detailed 3D tours, photos, and floor plans whenever available.

Hartelijk dank voor deze uitgebreide en eerlijke review! Fijn om te horen dat het proces over het algemeen snel is verlopen en dat je via ons een mooi nieuw plekje hebt kunnen vinden.

Het is inderdaad super dat je het inschrijfgeld van €55 weer terugkrijgt na het succesvolle traject—zo blijft de service voor kandidaten heel toegankelijk!

Onze excuses voor de vertraging tijdens de documenten-check vanwege de vakantie van de behandelaar. Goed om te horen dat dit via een telefoontje snel kon worden opgelost.

Wat betreft je feedback over de 3D-scans en het verschil in de plattegrond:
Een fysieke bezichtiging is helaas niet altijd mogelijk voordat de woningen worden opgeleverd. Juist daarom is een nauwkeurige plattegrond essentieel. Wij geven er prioriteit aan dat de plattegrond altijd van het exacte type is, dus ik neem aan dat je bedoelt dat de 3D tour een ander type was? Heel fijn dat jullie er alsnog voor gekozen hebben om door te gaan!

Gefeliciteerd met je nieuwe woning en heel veel plezier en woonplezier gewenst op je nieuwe plek! 🏡✨
