Dank je wel voor je review! Fijn om te horen dat je de wachttijd als kort hebt ervaren en dat onze toewijzing als eerlijk en transparant is overgekomen.

Ter verduidelijking: deze woning werd zonder vloer aangeboden, zodat de huurder zelf een vloer kan kiezen en laten leggen naar eigen smaak.
Omdat het verhuurproces soms snel verloopt, vraagt dat af en toe om wat extra schakelen.

We wensen jullie veel woonplezier toe!

We snappen helemaal wat je bedoelt met de Amsterdamse woningmarkt en zijn superblij om te lezen dat we je juist in die lastige situatie hebben kunnen helpen aan een appartement.

Mooi om te horen dat de transparante wachtlijst, duidelijke informatie en onze chat je echt houvast en hoop hebben gegeven. Dat is precies waarom we het zo hebben ingericht: eerlijkheid, duidelijkheid en realistische verwachtingen.

I understand that the waiting time for a home in Amsterdam within your desired rent range is frustrating. These long waiting times are the result of the current housing market and are beyond our control. Verhuurtbeter.nl works with a transparent waiting list, whereby homes are allocated strictly in order of registration. This is the fairest and most transparent method for all house hunters.

During our conversation, I explained that you are currently high on the waiting list and that you will need to be patient for a little while longer.
We are glad to hear that our contact, as promised, has provided you with clarity.
If you would like to revise your review based on our conversation, we would of course appreciate it.

Wat een bemoedigend bericht! Het is geweldig om te horen dat je, ondanks de gemiddelde wachttijd, in de zevende maand al je nieuwe woning hebt gevonden.

Je hebt helemaal gelijk: de positie op de wachtlijst is een goede indicatie, maar het kan soms sneller gaan dan verwacht. Bedankt voor je waardevolle tips aan andere woningzoekenden. Het updaten van de profielcard en het volgen van de online open dagen maakt inderdaad een groot verschil!

Gefeliciteerd met je nieuwe woning en bedankt voor het delen van je positiviteit.

Bedankt voor je eerlijke review! Wat een geweldig resultaat dat je via onze transparante wachtlijst al binnen 3 weken een woning toegewezen hebt gekregen.

We begrijpen je opmerking over het fysiek bezichtigen van de woning. Op dit moment is het helaas inderdaad niet mogelijk om de woningen fysiek te bezoeken. We doen ons best om dit met foto's en informatie zo duidelijk mogelijk te maken, maar we snappen dat een fysiek bezoek voor sommigen een gemis kan zijn. We nemen dit mee en kijken of we dit in de toekomst misschien wel mogelijk kunnen maken.
