Excellent customer service from start to finish at the Durham branch, hence we ended up purchasing two new BMW cars recently. Recent purchase of a nearly new Peugeot 208 from Durham
I didn't actually visit the garage because of the distance involved, but the sales lady sent me a video of the car I have now purchased and taken delivery of. She was very professional, kind and friendly. She talked me through my queries.

Easy to deal with from distance
Andy was very helpful and worked with us to secure a favourable deal for an Approved Used X3. Vertu Motors BMW Durham were easy to deal with remotely and arranged video calls to talk through offers and details before we travelled up from London to view and collect the vehicle.

from the moment I entered vertu car sales room I was put at ease with a friendly welcome, and a no pressure attitude of the sales staff. once I decided which car I'd like to own I was then assigned a wonderful salesperson to help me through the stages of the sale. top marks to Kieran my assigned sales assistant
