Adam Hallums talked to us pensioners very sympathetically and with understanding. He was patient and answered our questions with clarity. He guided us through the process and with no pushiness. An excellent member of your staff. The other members we encountered, Leah and Emma, were also excellent to deal with.

UNRELIABLE NONE AFTER SALES SERVICE STANDARD
1: it has taken 6 weeks to get an appointment this was for an alarm of check camera. We took up offer of service and MOT 2: They have not fixed it another visit requires. This means another six week wait as they need the car for two days! It is the earliest than can provide a courtesy car. So they took our money first. They said they could do all in one day!! REALLY THEY COULD HAVE DONE THE CAMERA WARRANTY FIRST NOT LEAVE TO LATE AFTERNOON.
3: since taking over county garage they lost electo technician who can test electronic faults. This has been the case for 4 months minimum. This related to Barnstaple Renault. So our trip is a 90mile return trip to Exeter.
5: I have had had 4 renaults over the years NEVER AGAIN

I bought my BMW from BMW Used Cars, Marsh Barton, Exeter. The service was truly excellent on every level! Jack Hodge totally read my needs and I wound up with a car that is perfect for me. He went over and above to deliver a stellar customer experience & crafted an overall excellent package as part of the deal. He is highly professional, personable and certainly went the extra mile - or miles, to ensure that every aspect of buying a car was properly addressed, and that the final deal was tailor-made. Superb! Similarly, Matthew Levick could not have been more helpful or accommodating throughout. He gave me a brilliant tutorial on all the features of my newly acquired car. They both made the hand over of the car a stand-out experience! I am highly confident that the after-sales service is going to be first rate too. Huge thanks!

Motobility customer
Being a Motobility customer im always pre worried about how im going to be treated but my Gosh Charlotte gave me the best handover i have ever had. Charlotte reassures, is professional at all times and geniunely cares its incredibly. I also met a sales manager who was equally absolutely lovely. I wont be going anywhere else in the future!! This is the fourth BMW I have purchased through Vertu Exeter. Richard Perrett went out of his way to ensure that all my requirements for my new car were met. He went above and beyond finding me exactly what I wanted. He only suggested extra products/services which we relevant to my needs. His knowledge of the BMW range is amazing.

The personnel are extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable.
We were introduced to our salesman Graham and he was very helpful from the start. He ensured we understood all the buttons and gizmos the car had and was very patient with us. It was a lot to take in but he was very thorough and gave us lots of reassurance.
