Absolutely brilliant service from James…
Absolutely brilliant service from James Graham. This my 3rd BMW and last 2 were purchased at the Stockton branch. Even though there is a branch a lot closer to my home I am happy to travel to see James. He makes the whole experience effortless and I know he is just a phone call away if I need him

A retuning visit to the Stockton-on-Tees Vertu Nissan branch. Super friendly team that aren't pushy or make you feel uncomfortable.
Fin and the team were very patient and helped me feel confident about me choices purchase, they went above and beyond where they could.
A quick turn around from signing the papers to collecting the vehicle.

Great experience
Nick Jimson was very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make buying my first new car in 12 years a great experience. He understood my being nervous about taking a test drive so drove me to a quiet area where I felt more at ease.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending both Vertu and Nick Jimson.

Very impressed with the level of service at Vertu Teesside. Very friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. Made the purchase of new Mini a pleasure and Zain, who we dealt with, made us feel at ease throughout-nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

I picked up my new to me car yesterday…
I picked up my new to me car yesterday and every step of the way I’ve had excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble but I was never pressured to buy at any point. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, courteous and polite.

We were looked after with Kate Emerson really well at the Teesside branch. She helped sort out all the paperwork that is needed to buy a new car really well as most of it is done over the internet and we are not very good with that side of technology.

My new car journey.
I bought my first mini 15 years ago from the same outlet and was delighted with it so I was rather reluctant to change but the whole experience at Vertu Mini Teeside was excellent 👍
From walking through the door we were greeted warmly by all the staff but particularly Eduard and Zain were supportive,encouraging and so very patient and all with a laugh and a smiling face👏
Zain was so helpful and knowledgeable and reassured me to go ahead and buy my new car .He could not have been more helpful and I’m reassured he will be available should we experience any queries we may have,
