Jess and the team are great! I only had 7 days to trade in my car with a limited budget, And Jess found me the perfect car for me! Great smooth experience. I’ve been to many different car dealers while looking for a car but BMW were like no other. Would recommend for anyone looking to drive something Better.

From the initial visit to Honda to the purchase of my vehicle I couldn’t fault any of the employees Jake Stansfield Luke and Andrew Rea. Phil Burford came to thank us for our new purchase when we collected the vehicle. Time taken with new Honda system not good. Too much paperwork not good for customers.

New car
From walking in the garage to collecting my new car it’s been the best experience. Luke was amazing and very accommodating. All the managers made an effort to take time out their day to come thank us for their business which I thought was very welcoming.

Exceptional salesperson
I came along to support my partner in buying a replacement car and ended up changing mine as well a week later. Great site at Teesside, clean, good selection of new and used vehicles, along with friendly and courteous staff. A particular mention for Sean, our salesman. What a gent. Always smiling, even when things got tough, and I asked alot of tricky questions. Nothing was too much trouble for him. His communication was exceptional. His knowledge was very good. The most important was that he wasn't pushy like some can be. If he didn't know an answer he would find out. Proper old fashioned customer service from a young man. My faith restored in car sales. A true asset to this dealership. Thank you Sean for making us feel welcome and giving us a fabulous experience. It wouldn't have been the same without you.

Luke was great and the service all round was excellent. All the staff were super helpful throughout the whole experience. The car is fantastic and exactly what we asked for. Couldn’t have had a smoother, better experience.

Jess the salesperson was just so warm…
Jess the salesperson was just so warm and friendly, she instantly put us at ease. There was no pushy sales talk, just an interest in what I wanted and honesty in what was available. My springer spaniel Alfie was also made to feel very welcome at the garage. I drove away a couple of days later in my new BMW, I’m thrilled.
