After months of searching for a…
After months of searching for a formetor vz I found one close to where I live and went to view it has the car had been listed without photos due to not been prepared for sale ,my wife and I where approached by Craig who we found very helpful and moved on to a test drive in a similar vehicle has the vz had not had the safety checks to allow this .craig was great and we move on to the purchase.we picked up the car a week later after it had gone through all the checks and preparation,great service thank you

Showed me the car and went through all the features on this model .
I liked the attention to detail , it made me feel very welcomed and made the experience first class.

Visited to look at car options - bought one!
Visited to look at car options - Emily and Craig were superb, they took time to show different models and different options. Nothing was rushed, no pressure and answered all my questions. They came up with the ideal car which I purchased.
Very impressed and would highly recommend.

Aftersales care is non-existent
The process of buying the car was made easy but it's afterwards once you leave the garage they don't seem to want to know you. We have tried multiple times to contact via phone calls with promises somebody will call us back, in person bit was told both the people i need are off sick and emailing the Manager at his request (which was then ignored) to try to speak to anybody regarding promises made at the time of signing for the car to rectify small issues we noticed on our collection date. Over one month later we are waiting for Lawrence or Craig to respond.

Excellent buying experience
I was shown all cars in the price range and specifications I had. Then taken through all my options without pressure to go beyond my requirements. There were refreshments offered and the sale was settled quickly and arrangements made for pick up and financial settlement. I felt very comfortable with Musa and felt he had my best interests in mind. Thank you

Great service
Picked up my new juke tekna yesterday really happy with it and especially the help I received from salesman neil lacy he could not have done more got ma a great car and a great deal even sent me a helpful video to my mobile concerning a question I asked. My first time with vertu nissan and I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience with Vertu/ Nissan Darlington. Bought a Nissan Juke which was delivered to me 100 miles away. Salesperson Musa was an absolute star, he sent me video and gave lots of useful info. A potential daunting experience (buying unseen) was made very easy. I love my new car. It is good value and great condition.

My husband and I were dealt with by Leigh Workman
who was an excellent salesman. Although we are elderly he treat us with great respect and clarity of what was involved in purchasing a car. He was courteous and personable he made things so easy.

A nice experience buying a car …
Extremely courteous and professional from the moment we went through the door to picking the car up. No pressure selling and treated like a valued customer from the word go. It was near the end if the month but we felt we could easily have walked away if the car/deal hadn’t been right for us. Feel we got a good deal.
