Buying a Honda jazz from Vertu Doncaster
Made a series of visits to enquire about the car, take a test drive, order the car (Honda Jazz E:HEV), sort out the finance and collect the car. The salesman was called Joe. He was pleasant, polite, (not pushy unlike some salesmen I met in other non-Honda showrooms) and very competent answering all my questions and very helpful taking me through all the paperwork. Car was well prepared for when I drove it away on the 13th March. Overall a good experience.

I have bought many cars over the years from dealerships and I can say with confidence that the service I received from Eddy was by far the best ever!
Eddy was knowledgable and attentive with everything explained in detail with no hard sell by the benefits explained to me. The three months comprehensive warranty provides piece of mind and also the 14 day money back guarantee!
Eddy even collected me from the train station and I would say is a great asset to your company- knowledgable and professional but importantly personable.

Everything was clearly explained I could ring up anytime between ordering the new car and delivery if I had any questions and they were clearly and most helpfully answered. On collection day everything was ready and different features were explained .

Sean and the team were first class and restored my faith in the used car industry.I travelled over 8 hours to give the team my business and wasn't disappointed.
The car is great as described and just what I needed. There was one small issue that was quickly resolved.
I would definitely buy another car from Vertu Doncaster, great team great service great products.

Excellent Sales Manager (Baljit Singh) at Vertu Doncaster. Baljit is a very genuine and helpful member of the sales team and I have been so impressed that I have gone back, despite having a Honda dealer much nearer to where I live. This dealership has a lovely atmosphere when you walk in and the sales team are always happy and helpful. I picked up my new crv yesterday and so far delighted with it. Baljit made the whole experience of buying a new car stress free and nothing was rushed. He takes time to explain everything. Thank you!
