As always the Honda staff were welcoming, professional and approachable for any enquiries I had. Shaun who dealt with me made sure I was happy with any suggestions he made about which car would be suitable for my needs. Altogether a great experience, I will certainly be dealing with Honda in the future.

We love the car and the service was second to none, Charlie was great nothing was too much for him, he answered every question and went above and beyond to help us.
Even out in the forecourt he programmed our phones into the car as we are not technically minded (to old in the tooth lol)
So far the car is perfect, we had a 200 mile journey back home to Canvey island then we went out last night on another little trip for 2.5 hours around London.
Thank you Charlie you’re a great lad who showed true compassion to a couple of oldies. Lovely xx

Eddie the sales advisor was fantastic, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable without us ever feeling under any pressure, this guy is a fantastic advert for a very professional company from start to finish.
We had a couple of queries a few days later and called in on the off chance he was available. Eddie went out of his way to explain to us again how things worked and reassure us he would be pleased to help us in future with any technical issues that arose, we are both retired and this reassurance gave us complete peace of mind.
