I bought my Jag Xe and with a part exchange the whole experience was amazing . I’m normally sceptical about sales offers which comes with other small prints. However on this occasion Ikram Zaman was relentless and made the whole process swift and attention to details and customer service was Great. I recently bought a new Defender from Leeds Land Rover. Sarah helped me choose the right car and saw the sale through to delivery. Good service throughout.

Only niggle is the IT - some emails were not received by Vertu (over zealous spam filters suspected) and the emails that are automatically sent re 'attached documents' look like something from the 70s! I imagine this problem is group wide.

Overall, if you want a new Land Rover in Yorkshire, Leeds is the place to go.

Yet again an amazing experience with superb EtE service from Leeds Land Rover Jaguar. Simon Lewis particularly was exceptional. Thank you for my new Jaguar F type - we love it!

Worst company who sells not fit for driving cars under the JLR approved tag.

I bought the car and had to wait for 15th March to collect the car from Vertu JLR Leeds. I was half way through my journey to the dealership on at 1pm 15th March 2022. Then I got a call from the sales guy who said I have news for you, the car has some leakage so can't deliver the car today. I was told that they will deliver the car to my home and collect my car as its a part exchange. On 18th March 2022 I was delivered the Discovery Sport with an amber light ON. When questioned the sales guy tried to brush it under the carpet by saying it was fine I just need to call the road side assistance and get the help from Landrover. I even questioned him about why I was not offered 7 day complimentary insurance and he completely ignored to answer my question. Anways, I did call the roadside assitance who came, checked the vehicle and told me that its got EGR fault codes along with glow plug. I took the error code reader's photo. I then contacted Farnell/Vertu JLR leeds who said I now need to get it repaired by local JLR. After me telling them they need to come and take the car back as I am thinking to cancel the purchase under the 14 day return. They said to leave it with local JLR and they will speak to them on getting it fixed. I left the car at Wolverhampton.

Then I was told they will get the EGR fixed but not glow plug because the error code says Glowplug is intermittent and not a fault. Which means its getting fried now and I need to keep money ready to get it fixed with my cash in very near future.

I was then told they don't offer me a hire car. After several emails they came back to me saying they will allow me to get a hire car as long as its under £50 per day. I did check online and nothing available for that low. I went back to them who told me to use uber for a day until they find a hire car for me. This is fifth day since that email and still no update.

I was told that the spare parts will be sent to Wolverhampton JLR on saturday which means I will get the car back on Monday, 4th April. Today when I contacted Wolverhampton JLR I was told that they still waiting for the parts from Farnell/Vertu. I then had to email Vertu for an update who now blamed the courier service and assured me to send the parts by tomorrow which means I will not have the car until Thursday or Friday.

Recently purchased our new Land Rover, despite the challenges with demand and production the dealership were very professional and managed the challenge fed really well given their hands were tied. Simon Lewis again was great to work with, understood our needs, took us through all options and helped up make the right calls. The handover from Simon was great, detailed, useful and easy to follow. I recently completed a driver experience day and the instructor asked if the sales rep was able to explain the features and I confidently said 100% yes… he was very impressed!

I collected my new Range Rover Sport last week and have to say that the buying experience with Vertu Motors was exceptional, I would particularly like to mention Sarah Hellewell who, in the early days helped me navigate through the ever diminishing choice of vehicles with long lead times and offered invaluable advice. Sarah's professionalism and attention to detail was second to none . . . many thanks Sarah. I would certainly recommend Vertu Motors and Sarah if you are looking to buy a Land Rover

Yesterday I took delivery of my new Discovery Sort. I bought it from Simon Lewis at Vertu motors Leeds who made the whole experience a memorable one. He kept contact with me over the months that I had to wait for my car to arrive and was on hand at every step of the buying process, he couldn’t have been more helpful or attentive.
