What impressed me most, was the staff. Friendly, polite, very knowledgeable about the car product. Special mention to Finley hugill. Who was dealing with me. The car is brilliant.

Outstanding service from Vertu Nissan
The service I have received from Vertu Nissan Stockton has been absolutely outstanding. From first visiting the showroom, ordering my new Nissan Qashqai and the vehicle being delivered, the whole experience has been second to none. I would like to make special mention of Jo Drysdale and Peter Singh. Both have been so professional, friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout. The personal touch shown, particularly on the car handover day, was brilliant.

Sahail at Vertu Nissan Stockton was brilliant again, as this is the second car I have got from Nissan with him. He is so welcoming and explains everything when it comes to a new car. Buying my first BMW was a very special milestone, and I am grateful for the support I received throughout the process. Being away from friends and family, it meant a lot to have Sean in sales make the experience feel so personal. His kindness, enthusiasm, and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful time into a memorable one.
From guiding me through the purchase with genuine care to even going the extra mile like picking me up from the hospital. Sean really stood out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I am very thankful to him for making my first car purchase such a positive and memorable journey.
