Friendly, helpful staff
Buying a car can be stressful. The staff at Peugeot Oxford make the whole experience much less so. All the people we dealt with were helpful and knowledgeable.

Walked in to take a look at the cars…
Walked in to take a look at the cars and met Amy. Told her of the type of car and colour that I wanted.
She took a look online and found my car.
Great friendly service and it all went so well

Me and my Husband are really pleased…
Me and my Husband are really pleased with the service we received when we visited Peugeot showroom in Oxford this week. Staff were really impressed specially Mr Ahmed Masood and Mr Dan Troth were so helpful and so professional.

We went to look at a car at Peugeot OX4…
We went to look at a car at Peugeot OX4 , and at short notice, the sales team had the car ready to looked at and ready for a test drive.
It was a very hot day, so the first thing they did was offer us a cold drink. That was great customer service.
We took the car out and really liked it.
We reserved the car for £99, as we knew we had other cars to look at.
After a few days, we decided not to buy from Vertu OX4 as we got a car from another dealership.
All the staff were great and friendly. The only reason i am not giving this 5 stars is because it took nearly 2 weeks to get the £99 deposit back, after initially being told it would take 3 days.
