Great service
Picked up new car yesterday, I am delighted with the service from Mark Pashley . Mark listened to what I wanted, kept me fully updated and also helped set up the car before I left, which is the first time someone has done that. I want to thank Mark for all his help and understanding

Derby Skoda new car collection
Ollie at Derby Skoda made sure of a smooth collection of our new car.
Excellent service and attention to detail at handover time. Not once felt rushed and able to ask questions and get answers swiftly. Will recommend Skoda derby and Ollie in particular for his professional approach and experience.

Very knowledgeable, enjoyable experience
My wife and I called into the Derby Skoda dealership in a more of inquisitive mood than a buying mood. I had previously travelled in a Karoq and we were looking around that model in the showroom when we were approached by Martin who was very pleasant and gave us a basic introduction to the car before handing us over to Charlotte who engaged us in a more detailed conversation about the car. I never felt under any pressure whilst we were discussing the car and even after the test drive we thanked Charlotte and left to think it over. We went back for a second look a few days later and asked for a second test drive and afterwards bought the car. It was a very enjoyable experience.

I visited various car sales rooms before choosing to buy from Skoda Vertu. The salesman was friendly and very helpful without being pushy or overbearing. He was informative and knowledgeable and did not pressurise me into a making a purchase, but did help me with looking at all the options. Because of the salesman, and my knowledge of Skoda’s quality, reliability, and after sales service, I chose to buy from this Vertu sales centre.

We had an excellent experience…
We had an excellent experience purchasing our ‘new to us’ Škoda at the Derby branch. Charlotte was great and found us the perfect car, catering exactly to our needs. She was low pressure and really friendly and ultimately we’ve walked away with a car we are super happy with! Andy was also really helpful with our part-exchange. We’ve been to many dealerships in the past and both of us felt this was our most comfortable experience. Thanks, Škoda Derby!

The customer experience is first class with a very knowledgeable and helpful staff, from first view of car through test drive all the way to receiving our chosen car.
We always dealt with the same person from start to finish. Charlotte was excellent and made our buying journey so easy.
