Highly recommended
I visited Vertu Volkswagen and met with Stefan at the Mansfield site. From the beginning Stefan was super helpful, friendly and approachable and guided me through the whole process with patience and professionalism. Stefan sought my new car promptly and kept me up to date at every point. I am so happy with my new car and really pleased I decided to visit the Mansfield site. I couldn't recommend them enough- special thank you to Stefan! A positive experience, would recommend Vertu every time, thank you!

I personally dealt with Fraser, his communication was spot on, he was nice and friendly to approach, happy to answer any questions, he has the car prepped and ready to go on collection day.
So I 100% recommend Vertu.

I recently purchased a Volkswagen Golf 2020 eTSI from Vertu Mansfield and had a genuinely excellent experience. I traded in my Mini Cooper (which I had also bought from Vertu Durham), and the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free.
Jonathan and Brett were incredibly helpful throughout — friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with every question. They guided me through the options, made sure everything was clear, and never pushed for anything unnecessary. I really appreciated how straightforward and supportive the whole interaction was.
The car is exactly what I was looking for and I’m extremely happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend Vertu Mansfield to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused dealership.

Mansfield and had the best service I've ever had buying a new car,my sales person was called Rebecca she was absolutely fantastic from start to Finnish and when it was time to collect my new car Rebecca took the time to show me around the car she also took the time to connect my phone to vw connect so I was able to access all the information on my phone. From the first enquire call on a used car located at VW Mansfield all questions, negotiation of the vehicle and our P/X were all handled by Roman (used car salesman) in a professional and in depth manner.
Agreed times to view, and collection were all conducted on time.

Fraser and Jonno were extremely helpful and informative.
I immediately felt relaxed discussing my options.
When it came to collectiing my new car, the handover was excellent. The features of the car were explained in detail.
I am very happy with my experience and very happy with my new car.

Absolutely fabulous experience.
Absolutely fabulous experience. The team were very professional, all the questions that I asked were explained in depth, I felt very comfortable and well looked after. Staff were very attentive to all my requirements, including setting up the VW app on my mobile and explaining the gadgets which was a great help. I love my fantastic new car. Thank you.
