Outstanding service
Naglis our sales person outstanding from start to finish brilliant found our perfect car.
Kate who handed over our new car was extremely helpful again brilliant went through every detail of the car and features.
All staff extremely helpful and the manager Jamie even came out to say thank you, highly recommend, very good garage to deal with will be back again.

An excellent dealership and Katie is a very good Salesperson, the Sales Manager was also a friendly easy to deal with member of the team. I highly recommend this dealership and a great experience for me.

New ID3 owners
We picked up our new ID3 from Vertu in Mansfield today and I have to say that I was extremely satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end! 👏 the service has been outstanding!
Being our first electric car, and being a devoted 'petrol head' I found the prospect daunting to say the least, but Ant, Katie, Jamie and the rest of the Vertu staff have been professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in guiding us through the whole process! 👍👏😁.
So glad we made the 'switch' I can highly recommend Vertu in Mansfield to everyone! 👌

Brilliant service from the sales team!
I recently purchased my new car and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable thanks to the outstanding customer support from Naglis and Brett.
Both went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, answering all of my questions with patience and professionalism. They were friendly, approachable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process.

Jonathan made the process efficient
Jonathan made the process efficient. I chose my car, communication and advice was excellent. On the day of collection my beautiful car was ready and gleaming. Handover was easy and straightforward. Very pleased with my new Golf R-Line.

Perfect Experience
From being greeted at the door on arrival to leaving with my new car, and being thanked by the manager which was a lovely touch, I was treated like a VIP customer. Naglis was wonderful and really listened to what I needed in a car and gave me options to get to my affordability level. I would highly recommend. I had my new car within 3 days and I absolutely love it.
