Very good experience, expecially for me being on my first investment. You speak to different people depending on what stage you are at and all were good but Craig and Kate stood out. Maybe part of it was because one was at the start of the process and the other at the end but their service was what made me recommend them. I tend to leave review on very bad experiences or very good ones. This time is the latter

Being an expat and having a mortgage below that of standard amounts, my case was particularly challenging. However, with the help of George Sanford and Beth Clayton, I managed to jump through all the hoops and secure a refinance mortgage at a favorable rate.

The service was outstanding and they would always reply quickly and chase up on the lender in a timely manner. The importance of a good broker is not to be overlooked, they helped me hugely in finding alternative lenders when the first one pulled out, recommended a good solicitor, and also helped to negotiate terms on my behalf.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional mortgage broker. Great work and much appreciated.
