Hands down the best clubs I have ever owned!

Bought some Vice Pro Tracer balls earlier this year, the "spring major" green and yellow ones. I didn't use them straight away as I wanted to wait until a 4 day event I had entered and thought they would be the perfect new ball to put in play. When the time came, from the very first putts on the practice green to the final tee shot on day 4, the balls were absolutely perfect. I've used pro V1s, TP5s, Chrome Softs and a plethora of mid range balls such as TaylorMade Tour Response, Titleist Tour Soft, Mizuno RB566, Bridgestone E12 and more over the years and none of them have flown straighter and as far as the Vice Pro, they feel fantastic off the face through the whole bag, I get actual green side spin, the tracer alignment is up their with the TaylorMade stripe as the best alignment aid in golf and I only lost 1 ball in 3 and a half rounds of golf using them (day 1 was 40mph winds on a clifftop course, no ball is surviving gale force gusts off a cliff).

I think without any shadow of doubt when the time comes to do a massive replenishment of my ball supplies, it will be the Vice Pro Tracers that go into play permanently.

The wait for these clubsfelt like forever but it was well worth it these definitely improved my game

Easy ordering, fast delivery and an excellent product

I ordered a starter golf set. The driver came with a rattling sound. After a little bit of back and forth, Vice sent an upgraded replacement driver and a 24 pack of golf balls(no charge) I would buy from Vice again. However I feel like I should have been offered the replacement driver first, instead of spending more $ to buy another driver at a discount or a discount on my next order. However I am happy with the resolution

From the ordering through receiving my clubs I was impressed. The website was easy to navigate and decipher the options. While I do not know enough to order fully custom equipment I found the selections I had to be very easy. The VGIO2 clubs that I ordered were very nice and easy to get used to. After playing a few rounds I am comfortable saying they are of good quality and they remain looking good. I'm glad to have learned about Vice and am glad to have them in my bag. When I hit the ball pure they feel amazing and true.

immer gute Produkte, sowohl die Bälle als auch Handschuhe, Tees hatteich auch schon. Hier vermisse ich nur, dass man keine kleinen Tees bestellen kann, sondern immer nur eine Kombi. Die Großen braucht man halt seltener und gehen auch seltener kaputt.

Vice Golf products are reasonably priced and are comparable to other brands that are much higher priced!

Quick on shipping and fair on pricing. The only issue I have had is the first order of balls I made, the box was loose in the shipping box. No biggie though

Following my original review, I wanted to provide an update.

Vice Golf did make a mistake with my order, which was understandably disappointing. However, after speaking with their customer service team, they handled the situation professionally and resolved the issue quickly.

The only reason I have awarded 4 stars rather than 5 is that it took longer than I would have expected to receive a response initially. Once my case reached a customer service representative, the experience was excellent and the issue was resolved without any further problems.

Mistakes can happen in any business—it's how they're dealt with that matters. In this case, Vice ultimately did the right thing, and I appreciate the way they put things right.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from Vice Golf.

I ordered a 24-ball Vice Variety Pack costing approximately £80 but instead received 12 Vice Pro Plus golf balls worth around £43. While I was disappointed by the packing error, I accepted that mistakes happen and expected the issue to be resolved quickly.

Unfortunately, that has not been the case.

I reported the problem immediately and received an acknowledgement stating that my case had been passed to a customer care agent as a high priority. Since then, I have received no meaningful communication despite waiting almost a week and sending a follow-up email.

My frustration is no longer with the original mistake. Errors happen in every business. My frustration is with the lack of communication and the apparent lack of urgency in resolving an issue where a customer has paid in full but received the wrong order.

I had expected a much higher standard of customer service from Vice Golf. I sincerely hope this review prompts someone to look into my case and resolve it without any further delay.

I will happily update this review if the matter is dealt with promptly and professionally.

Very happy with the driver I purchased. My misses are playable and hitting more fairways. Did not have to sacrifice any distance for more consistency

Unbelievable performance for a great price. Recently purchased 3 dozen balls and a brand new driver!! I love the balls the feel is so good and love the tracers for putting. The driver is awesome suck good feel very forgiving. I love that this company wants to give great products to amateur golfers at reasonable prices. I’m hear for it and will continue to to support this great company.
