Mereu când am întâmpinat o problema am fost ajutată și mi s a răspuns prompt ,din pct meu de vedere chiar sunteți deosebiti

Very bad company, before couple years was on right but from last year in November I noticed that they lie so much with the flights.
So, you buy the flight but they don’t send you the ticket by email never. So, if you are not making picture to your reservation you can’t speak with them about your flight because they can’t find you on the sistem which is not true, they really can find by searching your name. Why they doing that?
To tell you that the flight which you booked is full and if you want accept another day which obviously that is going to cost you more.
I hope, this company to be excluded from market as quick as possible.

Shocking procedures. It’s nearlt impossible to change a return flight as they can’t find my reservation after I provided all the information. Slow online well more of a painful process. I’m shocked and appalled. Don’t book with these people it’s a complete waste of time and money.
