Thank you for your feedback, and I’m genuinely sorry for the frustration this has caused. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

When an item can’t be fulfilled, refunds are issued immediately from our side, but depending on the payment method and bank, they can take several working days to appear. That said, you should always receive clear communication, and I’m sorry if your emails weren’t responded to as promptly as they should have been.

Please contact us directly (or reply to the latest email from us) and I will personally make sure the refund status is checked and fully resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Again, my sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
