This company is not reliable

This company is not reliable. Communication and customer service are bad. I received my order with 25% of the items (4 products) missing, without any communication or even a delivery note. The shipping was fast but without any notification or tracking information.
After asking customer service about the missing items, I received an one sentence reply that the best option would be a refund. No explanation, no apology. Since my answer (2 emails on Tu 21.7) I have not heard from them. No refund, no answer.

*UPDATE* Thank you for your useless answer and NO I did not receive any refund.
So this is what you call customer support again??? I have to write another email and wait again. You know which customer I am

BELLAS ARTES PIERA

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with both our communication and the handling of your order.

We understand your frustration at receiving an incomplete order without prior notification regarding the unavailable items. Our intention is always to ship available products as quickly as possible and refund any items that cannot be supplied, but we recognize that this should be accompanied by clear communication and appropriate explanations.

We also apologize if our response appeared brief or impersonal. This is not the level of customer service we aim to provide. Regarding the refund, please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment method used, but if you have still not received it, we would be grateful if you could contact us again with your order details so that we can investigate the matter immediately.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes and communication with customers.

Totalmente recomendable.
