We sincerely apologise that you didn't have clear visibility of your delivery status and had to reach out to request proof of delivery. We've since been able to confirm that your order was delivered on Friday afternoon to your office, and we understand that one of your colleagues has confirmed receipt whilst you were out of the office for the week.

You should have received automatic delivery confirmation and tracking updates so you wouldn't have needed to chase this information yourself. We appreciate your patience whilst we located the delivery details for you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologise that your item did not arrive as expected and that you had to query this yourself rather than receiving proactive communication from our team.

Being told about stock issues only when you chased us up, after waiting and wondering where your order was, is completely unacceptable. We should have contacted you immediately when we discovered the stock issue, rather than leaving you to discover the problem yourself. The fact that it then took over a week to resolve compounds the poor service you experienced.

You deserved timely communication about the delay and regular updates whilst we worked to resolve the stock issue.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologise for the lack of communication and the extended delay.
