It's expensive

I love the Candy Twist Hand Painted Sprinkles yarn I bought to knit a scarf, but I wanted one additional skein to make the scarf a little longer and I was disappointed to find that one extra skein would cost over $20.

The wool, Avocado cardigan

I had inadvertently ordered two of the same kits and I had a little trouble getting the return label. Also three of my seven balls of wool , The Wool. Had joins in the wool near the beginning or end. Very disappointing as it was expensive wool.

We apologize if our return process has been confusing. We would love to review your case but you nickname doesn't allow us to identify your order.
Regarding the knot you found. We make every effort to avoid knots in our skeins, although it is possible, that during the production process of our fibers, a knot has to be made. We would like you to keep in mind that without this knot, we would have to throw away huge amounts of fiber in perfect condition, which is completely contrary to our efforts to protect the environment and the reduction of waste. We hope that you understand and support us in this daily effort.
We are sharing in our blog or Youtube channel a few tips on how to handled these knots.

Very good customer service

I got in touch via chat and email with customer service asking for help for a pattern no longer available on the website.
They replied to me soon offering me an alternative option.
The customer service agent was very helpful. I really appreciated that.

Poor Service

My husband ordered me a kit for Christmas, he was sent the kit in the wrong colour with no contact or explanation as to why. I contacted them to complain and never heard anything back. Really disappointing. The kit is fine (though all instructions are online which I'm not keen on), but customer service is poor.

We never received any answer to our message. Please search for an email coming from info@weareknitters.com

Geen respons!

Heb mijn eerste pakket besteld en ontvangen. Geen probleem dus. Daarna krijg ik vaker per dag een mail im nog iets te bestellen met een code voor 10 % korting. Na lang wikken wegen besloten dit te doen. Helaas bij het afrekenen wordt mujn code niet akkoord gegevens terwijl deze nog 5 dagen geldig was. Ik klantenservice ingeschakeld. Deze zou vraag uitzetten en binnen 48 uur zou er een bericht zijn. Heb inderdaad een bevestigingsmail ontvangen dat er max 48 uur overheen zou gaan voordat ik bericht had. Helaas. Heb zaterdag 24 januari 2026 contact gehad met klantenservice. Het is nu donderdagavond 29 januari 2026. Nooit meer iets gehoord. Kortom ik ga nooit meer iets bestellen.

Great customer service team :)

I wish there were more photo examples of the yarn colors in the finished product to get a better idea of the color options (especially in mixed/multicolor yarns), but great customer service and responses from the team :)
