Muy buenos productos. Me llegó una parte primero , pero al poco tiempo me llegó el resto del pedido

Ordered 3 skeins then realized a week and a half later once I started my project that I needed 2 more and they were out of stock. Tried to contact them about when they might have more in stock but never got a reply. Settled for ordering another 2 skeins of another color to make my project stripped now vs one solid color, it was an ok compromise but wasn't my first choice. Better than starting over with different yarn....

Having decided to treat myself for Christmas I eagerly awaited delivery only to be told the main item in my order was out of stock. I decided to carry on with the rest of my order, however, when they finally got around to dispatch yet another item was out of stock. Order cancelled and I’ll find myself something else for Christmas now we’re half way through January. I would be wary of ordering from them again.

Ich habe eine interne Mail zu einem Sale bekommen und sie haben sich nie dazu geäußert, warum ich diese Mail überhaupt erhalten habe. Sehr unseriös. Wenn man nach Farben fragt, wird einem ins Gesicht gelogen, die Wolle gab es nie wieder. Und dann noch Werbung mit Sweeny…. Was soll ich sagen… Ich bestelle hier nicht mehr.

I had lost a pattern for a knitting kit I ordered forever (like 2 years ago). I reached out to see if it was possible to resend it and received the pattern the next day, which is very much appreciated!

I had an issue with a knitting kit (both a yarn quality issue and later a structural problem with the project), and I have to say that We Are Knitters handled the situation in an exemplary way.

The customer support, especially Vincent, was very responsive, friendly, patient and solution-oriented. They took my case seriously, reviewed photos, discussed the technical aspects with their knitting team, and in the end provided a very fair and generous solution, including additional yarn sent free of charge.

Thanks to their support, I was able to finish my cardigan successfully and I am very happy with the final result.

This site not only has excellent patterns and yarns, but also has a customer service team with helpful and friendly staff. I lost the pattern for a cardigan I love, and they immediately sent it back to me in digital format. I highly recommend their products!

I received my order quickly but it the yarn wasn’t the color I thought it was going to be. Also, the order insert said a tapestry needle was included; it wasn’t (no huge deal). The website ordering page doesn’t allow you to zoom in on a colorway (not that I could find anyway). I wanted the yarn in the ad I clicked on but received something else. I want to return it and I’ve tried contacting them for return instructions. It’s been 4 days now and I haven’t heard from them. I’ve

pas d'avis particulier, juste déçue de ma commande, j'étais vraiment persuadée d'avoir commandé une couleur que je n'ai pas eue.

Lorsque j'ai passé ma commande, seul le coloris écru était en image. J'ai commandé dans cette couleur et j'ai reçu de la laine noire que je dois retourner

Years ago, I ordered knit-kits with WeAreKnitters for my knitting group, and we had so much fun! Over the years I bought the yarns in the store, and the quality is amazing.

But now I ordered online again for the first time in years, and it was far from great. It was difficult to find the available colours for the patterns, but I managed after some time. The colour examples are also very small so it's difficult to imagine the final product.

Then it said it would be delivered for Christmas, which is great as I finally had some time to get creative! I ordered on Dec 14th, and the Christmas holidays came and went, without wool.... I reached out twice over the holidays as I stayed home on 2 days as I received emails that the delivery was on its way. Nothing was delivered on both days, and I heard nothing from WeAreKnitters. Ultimately, I received my parcel on January 7th.... within minutes I also receive a message from support saying it was delivered. Why no answers when I reached out?

The patterns come by email and not in the kit. It's ok, but I would have paid extra to have it printed. I want to be offline when I knit and not look at a screen all the time. Maybe offer both options?

I received one free crochet hook and the needle is about to snap in two just by looking at it. Terrible quality and it contains loose wood. It would damage the yarn if I were to use it.

Although the yarn is from the same batch, there is a significant change in colour between the balls of yarn in the kit.

The wool is still amazing, but I will not order again... Too much hassle for a relaxing activity.

It took me two months to receive both the kits I bought. Terrible experience.

Continuano a fare saldi su pochissimi filati che hanno in magazzino. Non si riescono a finire i kit perchè manca il materiale e per loro stessa ammissione non lo riordinano. I progetti di maglia sono davvero miseri rispetto a quello che propongono fuori Europa. Pessima esperienza.Lasciate stare.
