My order was lost. After I reported it, they searched for it immediately and the employee(s) went to great lengths to find it! Unfortunately, the package did not turn up, but I got my money back without any problems, as the wool was no longer available. Great team with a lot of passion! Thank you again for the great support!

Commande passée un mois avant Noël 2025, toujours non reçue le 11 janvier 2026, sans motif ni information. Il serait bon d'informer ses clients lorsque le coloris commandé n'est pas disponible. Un petit peu de réactivité pour un peu moins de commentaires négatifs ... Commande parfaitement conforme reçue à la mi janvier 2026. Nous commanderons la couleur souhaitée à l'origine lorsqu'elle sera disponible.

Ausverkauf statt Kundenfreundlichkeit
Ich habe schon öfter bei we are knitters bestellt (Anleitungen benötige ich als erfahrene Strickerin nicht). Vor allem die Petite Wool gefÀllt mir, weil sie ein unvergleichlich angenehmes "Klima" macht. Sehr warm und trotzdem ausgleichend. Allerdings pillt sie extrem (wirklich extrem), was ich jedoch in Kauf genommen habe.
Sehr genervt habe ich mich in den letzten Monaten (November, Dezember 25). Ich hatte nicht genug Wolle fÌr ein Weihnachtsprojekt, aber Nachbestellen war und ist bis heute nicht möglich, weil fast alle Farben von Petite Wool ausverkauft waren und immer noch sind. Gleichzeitig kam fast tÀglich Werbung fÌr irgendwelche Sonderangebote.
Ich finde das unehrlich und nicht kundenfreundlich.
