Total rubbish!

24/9 - Ordered ear rings as a birthday present. In stock - delivery quote '3-5 days'.
28/9 - Chased on 28th as they were showing 'Not Shipped Yet'.
30/9 - Received 'reply' saying shipping information is not necessarily accurate - they will check and let me
know 'shortly'...
30/9 - I replied saying it was too late - could they pls post direct to recipient
2/10 - No reply. Still showing 'Not Shipped Yet' - have no idea if / when / where they will be shipped.
1. What is the point of providing delivery dates if they are not going to be anywhere close?
2. Why providing 'Tracking' if the information can't be relied upon?
3. Taking 2 days to 'reply' to a very simple question, and then not answering it is not Customer Service.
So if you
- don't care when you receive your order,
- don't care that you can't find out about it, and
- don't care that Customer Service won't answer your questions,
then this could be a company for you...

No delivery after 13 days and only communication was that they were chasing supplier - no update since! Really bad company to order from, maybe even a scam!?! Would NOT recommend ordering from this company!

Still No delivery and no communication!

Placed an order for a bamboo silk pillow case on Friday 19th August. I received an email to say thank you for order but my order number is not on the email. I still haven’t received my order and no updates on when it will arrive.
I also entered the 5% discount code before paying (had to sign up to emails) but they still took the full amount and didn’t give me the discount. Poor communication, and disappointing to be waiting so long when I had to pay a delivery charge. The website says 3-5 days. Will not be using again. Got in touch with the company on their website contact form, no response.

It does indeed state 3-5 working days delivery time, so I have contacted the brand Vesta Living to ask why it took them so long to dispatch your order 122773, as it was only shipped today - 31st August (no tracking provided as it is sent by Royal Mail Standard post), for which we sincerely apologise. We hope that the item will reach you very shortly. The 5% discount code was applied to your order and £2.00 was deducted. I have located your message via the contact form. It are currently aiming for a 2-3 working days response time and you sent the contact form on Sunday 28th August. We are closed during weekends & bank holidays, so in fact it we are only on the 2nd working day to respond to it. I will be in touch by email shortly in response to the contact form you sent. Good idea but too disjointed

This company acts as a middleman for brands and so orders are split between the brand suppliers and arrive at different times if you order different things. One item took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and one is no good for us and I want to return. And therein lies the problem! 2-3 days for a reply and apparent staff shortages but then to be told the brand has to be contacted about the return. I get what the company are trying to do to bring all these eco brands together but Customer Service needs to be quicker and improvements needed to queries with more than one person being Customer Service. I appreciate there are staff shortages but that is not the customers problem and telling people that there are staffing problems won't fill them with confidence. Nothing I have stated is untrue regarding the delivery set up and yes it is transparent on the website but the underlying problem is that the service is very very slow.

Not the greatest first experience
.

Ordered an item on 16th - received an email on the 17th asking me to show them my bank statement to prove I had paid as they were having trouble with ApplePay.

I sent a screen shot of the purchase. Then nothing. Emailed a few days later to ask if I would be getting the product and they said it had been sent to the supplier so hopefully it would arrive - my dealings was with them not their 3rd party.

It did arrive today - how it survived I don’t know as it was a glass bottle and it has arrived in a ripped box with a bit of paper around it.

So the item is fine and the delivery time was fine in the end but the combination of the odd having to prove I had paid and the condition it was sent in means I won’t be rushing to use this company again sadly although they sell some nice things.

Hi Hannah, thank you for your feedback. I did explain in my email to you on 16th that some orders were processed, but the payments didn't go through to us and the payment provider was asking us to check with a few customers in order to resolve the issue their end. This didn't affect your order going through the system, it was being processed as normal. I'm sorry if you were made to feel that you had to prove that you paid, that wasn't our intention.

When you responded that the payment had gone through, I thanked you for this the following day on 17th August and you emailed us on 20th asking if it was to be sent out. I'm sorry that you had to follow up with us, but I'm afraid that the brand didn't mark the order as shipped, even when it had been dispatched on 22nd August. Some brands don't tend to mark their orders as complete on their systems, which means that an automated email isn't generated to inform the customer when the item is shipped, which is what happened here. The item arrived within the 5-7 working days delivery time specified, as you say.

I will inform the brand of the state the parcel arrived in, which was delivered by Evri, I'm so sorry to hear this. I will send you an email shortly and if you have any photos of how it arrived in the packaging, I can forward these to the brand.

We are sorry to hear that you had a less than perfect experience. I will respond to you via email regarding this shortly.

Unhappy purchase

I understand that this site uses independent businesses, however I have not had a good experience with my purchase. I received no information on delivery or returns. I purchased 2 rings of different sizes, but when my product arrived there was no information about which ring was which size. In addition, the rings were misshapen and had visible join marks, which I would not have expected for the price point that they were. I am also not pleased that I cannot leave a review directly on the product (Gold Stacking Ring from Smoke and Ash), and so cannot warn other buyers about it.

Just discovered the Wreath London website and placed my first order. The item arrived very quickly and I love the whole idea behind the website/brand. I'm always looking for sustainable, eco-friendly brands and this one is great. Highly recommended!

Good items but unable to add gift note

Great products and easy to order, however, this was a gift posted directly to the recipient as I do not live close to them & won't see them. I was unable to put a message/gift note on the parcel so the recipient will not know who the gift is from when it arrives. Would help if could add message

No delivery. No contact. No good

I don’t normally resort to giving poor feedback on Trustpilot or similar sites but I’m hoping this will prompt some action. I’ve placed an order on 27 June. Heard nothing. Contacted Wearth via their preferred method (online website form). Still heard nothing. This is a gift needed before 20 July. Not happy with the service

He contacted the brand Vesta Sustainable Living for a shipping update and they informed him that there had been a delay with the silk fabric for the item and that it was shipped on 15th July and they expected it to arrive with you by 19th July latest.
