Easy to get started and book an appointment online have been kept informed at every stage. Installation was seamless and efficient. Now to enjoy my super fast broadband at a much more reasonable cost. So far so good 👍😊

From the initial enquiry all the way through to the finished product everything was extremely efficient and seamless. Very professional and the after service exemplary.

WF packages are competitively priced, compared to other providers & the service generally works well.
There are occasions when the bandwidth drops, which can interfere with access e.g. streaming services. The 'handshake' between devices & the router is sometimes delayed too.
Overall; very happy with WF & delighted to use a local service provider.

Wight Fibre staff are very helpful and friendly. Everything was very clearly explained during installation. Matthew in the sales department was exceptionally helpful answering queries. So nice to be able to speak to a real person unlike other companies nowadays.

Very helpful and friendly service always someone to help at the end of the phone and local they talk you through anything you do not understand. The young lads that installed were were brilliant explained everything cannot fault Wightfibre in any way fantastic

Such helpful staff in the call centre. I had a couple of teething problems in the beginning, but the staff talked me through the steps I needed to take to rectify these. Can't fault the team at all

What a let down this internet is . We are constantly having to reset , we loose connection on a regular basis as well . Considering I pay for the most expensive package . One thing I’ve also noticed when the internet looses connection it will NOT state that on the plume app therefore making you believe there’s no problem. Very overrated service

Been with WF for a couple of months now and haven't had any problems. Fast fibre speeds and very reasonable prices, would definitely recommend switching to wight fibre if you haven't already!
