The initial installation went amazing

The initial installation went amazing, quick and reliable.

However, we had a problem with Sky Q, and the customer services lines 1) resolved it and 2) were incredibly polite and friendly.

Hazel - Joe - and Sam, have all been amazing help. Couldn't recommend more.

Doing well in many ways

Doing well in many ways. Employees are helpful, knowledgeable and social. Then comes the good advice - which linked to financial offer
convinced me to move to WF from business that is been with for decades. Final positive - no issues regarding the delivery - fast, reliable and get updates. Why not 5 stars because the app gave me an issue - wasn’t clear enough about setting up

Excellent Company to deal with

Excellent Company to deal with, they helped me tremendously when setting everything up, and were most patient with me when I had problems considering that I am 85!!!!!
I would recommend them to anyone.

True to their word...I ordered 300mbps & actually get a bit over that.

The weather was awful the day they came to install my Wight fibre, it was torrential rain but they still kept going with the installation, they had a bit of trouble getting the fibre up the road to my property due to the weather being so wet but they came back the next day (Sunday) to finish the job. True to their word, I ordered 300mbps package & have always had over 300mbps broadband download & upload speed. So you actually get a bit more than they promise. Whereas others have been under par. They were all friendly too. No complaints at all.

Nearly two years ago I had my internet…

Nearly two years ago I had my internet cut off because the price was getting too much, three months ago I decided to take up a special offer of £21, now I get a bill for nearly £25 I will be having it cut off again at the earliest opportunity as there is one reason for this increase, it's becoming a rip off, I'm on a very low income less than £8000 per year, that I go to work for yet people on income support can get theirs for £19, this is highly unfair

I’d like to clarify that our WightFibre Essential Full Fibre 100 package is a social tariff, and the eligibility criteria for this are set by the Department for Work & Pensions. This package is available to customers who are currently claiming Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Income Support, Income‑based Employment and Support Allowance, or Income‑based Jobseeker’s Allowance.
If you believe you may be entitled under any of these criteria, please do get in touch with us and we’ll be very happy to review your account and help where we can.
With regard to your bill increase, promotional offers are time‑limited and revert to the standard price once the offer period ends. We appreciate that price changes can feel unfair, and we never want customers to feel pushed out of service because of cost.
If you’re willing, we’d really encourage you to contact our Sales team so we can look at your account in detail and see whether there are any suitable options available for you.
We genuinely value your custom and want to support customers wherever possible.

Very helpful support team…

Very helpful team who are readily contactable and willing to help. I have an ongoing issue with a very specific device connectivity problem and everyone I’ve spoken to has gone above and beyond to help resolve. Thanks to Hazel , Danny, Sam, Colin & Gary , let’s hope between us we can sort this out , I’ve every confidence we will !
