I have dealt with Willerby for many years now, and i only have positive things to say, Gemma Pudsey our Area Sales Manager is always available and is a real asset to Willerby, the team behind the scenes up in Hull again are always helpful and able to offer assistance when needed, great product even better staff. I highly recommend.

We have been a regular customer for some time now, and the service I receive from the Sales Administration Department is consistently outstanding. Kerry, Kirstie and Gemma are always friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they make every interaction smooth and stress‑free.
Their communication is excellent, they’re quick to resolve queries, and they genuinely care about providing a great customer experience. It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such a warm, personal touch.

I ordered a new sofa for my caravan, and Garry, who delivered it, was great. Due to my age, I needed assistance in getting the sofa into the caravan, unpacking it, and putting it in place. Garry couldn't do enough. He was professional, friendly and did a great job. Thanks Garry

We have two companies that have dealt with Willerby Holiday Homes for years, they have always been accommodating and in particular our area manager Gemma Pudsey who is amazing. Gemma has been our rep for a number of years and along with the rest of the Willerby team has always been honest, hard working and flexible to our business needs. We have hundreds of customers that we have sold Willerby Holiday Homes to who are delighted with their purchase. If you're looking for a Holiday Home you need to seriously consider Willerby's products, they're one of the longest running manufacturers and will be celebrating 80 years in business this year.

We love our Willerby caravan this is the second one we had the Willerby are the best this one is 100% better than the last one we'll done Willerby keep up the good work 👏

I'm not sure the customer service representative I spoke to could be any more unhelpful than he obviously tried to be.
Won't discuss anything over the phone, can't give repair timescales and generally dismissive manner.
Do the company not realise that their product is a considered purchase and that buyers expect to be treated like valued customers

After recently purchasing a Lodge , I have to agree with the feedback I’ve read here, the after sales is shocking. Very quick to take your money but not rectify their poor workmanship.

Poor quality, poor workmanship, below average aftersales, expensive out lay for a new home, would not reccomend to anyone seeking Willerby. After sales shocking and unproffesional, all in all do not purchase a Willerby 😔

We bought a willerby Linwood through a UK based company and had it shipped to Spain, after less than a year our grey cladding on the outside has started turning red, it looks horrendous, dirty, and years old. I was told by the company we bought through that this is normal in the heat, obviously not happy with this so tried ringing willerby company who have said we can't do anything you need to speak with your distributor who are not prepared to cover us under warranty. We feel totally disappointed, upset and cheated

Willerby Gainsborough 2025 model. I have always been a advocate of Willerby caravans, but have now completely lost faith in them. Since I purchased my new caravan 2 month ago I have had one issue after another
Guttering bent
Patio door issues
Shower issues, water coming out on floor
2 leaks back of shower unit and underneath caravan
Arial problems
Workmenship, door handles scratched and kitchen , draws not fitting or chipped, handles chipped, door frame rattling , wonky or dinted switches
Extremely disappointed at quality control by Willerby and time to come out. Park can only do so much to help customers

Never answer emails, terrible company

I purchased a new 2024 spec Willerby Castleton, great van but the L shape seating was designed without comfort in mind, i have complained about it via my site but the return was STONEWALLED AS I HAVE READ MOST OTHER COMPLAINTS DONT GET SORTED, so we will go the legal way, if it creates bad publicity its their fault, not my wish however UK Companies dont seem to care anymore, so what future have they got.

God awful. Go elsewhere. A waste of tens of thousands of pounds. Clearly have an 'agreement' with Parkdean resorts, too. Doors that don't open without a great deal of effort, unfinished workmanship, leaking loos, shower curtain just thrown in and not put up, main door doesn't seal so a nice breeze comes in (especially welcome in the winter). The list is long & distinguished.
As I said, go somewhere else if you're buying.
