I have now used Windows Plus on two separate occasions and have been thoroughly satisfied with the quality of their work. I highly recommend their services.

Used them twice for new windows in the past 6 months
Everyone very helpful and I was kept informed throughout the process from start to finish by the lovely ladies in the offices.
Had different sets of guys fitting each time.
They were all lovely. Very efficient, clean and tidy.
Neighbors have used them after seeing their work on my house.
Would definitely recommend this company.

Windows Plus
From first deciding on a new sun lounge roof Windows Plus have kept us informed of everything! Thanks to Debbie in the office for always asking if we were ok and Tony and Callum have been brilliant with the installation. Kept us informed throughout and were very tidy. Nothing was a bother to them! Thankyou so much lads!

From start to finish we had no problems at all. Everything was explained fully. We didn't wait long for installation and Lee and Ken were great, they tidied up after themselves, were happy to answer any questions I had and were professional and friendly at all times. It was a 3 day install as we had doors and windows fitted to the whole house. We received a phonecall each day from Kim making sure we were happy with everything. And my house is now ready for the winter. Great job.

Grate service straight to the point no messing no trying to sell me something i don’t want

I've just had the last part of my installation of patio doors completed today by Dan & Phil. The previous work of doors and windows was carried out by Keith and Steve. They turned up on time and the work was carried out efficiently to a very good standard.

A good group of employees, very polite and professional. They respected the property ensuring it was left as when they arrived. The quality of the doors/windows and installation was excellent, for a very good price.

Good group of lads and a good company.

I have had new windows fitted by windows plus, the service was excellent, I was keptinformed by Jane Tate when the men would arrive and their names Keith and Steve. They started work and worked steadily and were very pleasant, nothing was too much trouble, old windows taken out and loaded onto van, new ones fitted and the men tidied up and hoovered I was left with nothing to do. Jane rang me to ask if I was satisfied with the work, I couldn't fault the work or anyone I dealt with, everyone was pleasant and answered any queries I had, they explained everything in detail and Jane was very understanding and so lovely to talk to

Courtney was very helpful in explaining the construction and design of the product. He was helpful in explaining the various different finance options and felt he listened to my want I wanted and kept with in my budget. So happy with my initial order, I added 5 more windows to be replaced. Time frame of 6 weeks was a bit longer than expected but hopefully good things come to those who wait

Just had my windows and door fitted today, the two guys came on time, friendly, and the door and windows look fantastic and they took all the rubbish away and swept up. Would 100% recommend this company x

Just had a new front door fitted and am really happy with it the fitters worked well and did a great job the communication from the office staff was spot on checking all was to our satisfaction

This is the second time this company have done some work for me. They arrived on tome, were efficient, professional, cleared up the rubbish and debris before leaving. Both workers were friendly and polite.

Windows plus Roofs:
Purchase - Salesman was friendly and informative. Not pushy but still confident in the windows he was selling was the best on offer. Sales tactic of limited time deal, but I guess that goes with the territory.
Slight hicup with taking out credit to pay for the windows, but that was sorted out fairly quickly.
Install - Two really friendly guys turned up. Very professional and bloody hard workers. Kept the place nice and tidy while they worked
Office interactions - Had half a dozen calls from the office team. One about offering discounts on other purchases I may have wanted since they do kitchens etc. The rest were about arranging delivery and checking that everything was going to plan with fitters and I was happy with the work. Friendly call staff who were very keen that I was happy with everything that was happening

I don’t have the windows installed yet but when I arranged the initial appointment the sales advisor turned up as agreed, provided an example of the window advised on the rating and safety features. A full survey of my windows was Undertaken in less than a week and again on date agreed just waiting for an installation date and impressed so far.
They also offer the grant for old windows.

Fantastic service from Graham for helping find the new front door we wanted. Graham was very professional and friendly and his knowledge shone through. A real credit to this company.

Cleaned all rubbish up tidy our side and 2 men were very polite

We were a bit worried having to pay for the double glazing to 7 windows before the work was done, but we need not have worried the whole firm were excellent
From Amy in the office with phone calls , Jane the project co-ordination and especially many thanks to the fitters Craig and Lee, they were great, the job was done in one day, and any mess was cleared away by them,
An excellent firm which I would certainly recommend to any one.

We called into the office at Team Valley to enquire about new doors as one of ours was broken and we couldn't get it open. Mark one of the employers came straight out. I have my Windows done as well so I got the exact colour to my windows. Brian and Alex who fitted my doors was very polite and tidy up after themselves. They were very helpful in showing me how the lock worked on my door as it was different to my old doors. I would highly recommend them for doors + windows. Kim Farley was very helpful keeping me informed and also the after care to see if everything was alright and if we were happy with the doors.

The fitters Luke and Adam arrived on time and immediately started work fitting my new doors they were both very respectful of property cleaning everything up afterwards, Kim in the office kept me up to date with everything I’m very happy with my new doors and would definitely recommend

We’ve just had windows and doors supplied and fitted the fitters Keith and Steve were very professional friendly and tidy we are really pleased with the job also Jane was very nice checking up to make sure everything was going smoothly.Altogether a great job
