Good communication and Guys that fitted door were very professional

The whole experience from the quote, through the fitting and to the aftercare received from Jennifer was first class. Brilliant product and will definitely be using Windows plus Roofs again in the future.

Mark was a very pleasant and considerate young man and was respectful of my property

Keith and Steve (fitters) were spot on.

Courteous, efficient and went above and beyond to make the whole process less invasive. The lads worked tirelessly and were an absolute delight to have around for the few days. There were some slight complications in the process. A couple of the units that were sent weren’t correct but Keith was quick to organise correcting and Jane (project coordinator) has been very helpful in keeping the process updated and moving forward. All in all very pleased and happy.

Outstanding workmanship from Andy and Chris, fitting 8 windows and 2 doors in only two days cleaning and tidying as they went. one small issue with one of the windows but this was resolved quickly without any fiss or hassle. thanks to Jane also for keeping us informed throughout the process and checking we were happy with work completed. wouldn`t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wanting new doors or windows fitted.

This is our second time we have used Window plus, first time for a warm roof on our conservatory and now for replacement windows. both job were of the highest standard. Big thanks to Steve, Jane for keeping us well informed throughout along with the window fitters Chris, Tony and colleague all for their professionalism.

Phil and Dan came to mine yesterday, on time, worked with care of my property, everything put back in place before they left, walked me round and explained the workings of the windows, lovely lads worked none stop till finished, give them all 5 stars:)

Quick and efficient work neat and tidy

Windows plus Roofs were amazing at every stage, from the friendly and helpful sales team to the admin team to the installers. We are so happy with the finished product and the whole process, we will definitely be using again for the remaining windows and doors.

From the initial measuring up to the final fit, we cannot praise this company enough. They talked us through each stage and made sure we were happy and comfortable with the results
Even going as far as meeting our anxious, overbearing shepherd prior to carrying out the job. AND…. How amazingly tidy the three lads were. I’ve never had anyone clean up after themselves as much as these people.

After ringing last week as back door would not lock, I was so pleased with service as it was fixed straight away. Gordon came today and fixed the problem and also checked other doors which one had dropped and he fixed that little problem without hesitation

We have just had our windows fitted by Windows Plus Roofs. We received an excellent service throughout firstly from Jane Tate administration and the guys who fitted our windows Craig and Lee were fantastic they were respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. I would certainly recommend this company, the windows have been fitted to a high spec we are over the moon. Thank you Windows Plus Roofs your team effort is brilliant. Really happy with the look and quality of our new windows. Sales were very informative and not pushy about what they could offer when we were gathering various quotes. Communication with Jane was excellent, she informed us of every stage. Also quick installation. Craig and Lee who fit the windows grafted non stop for 2days and were polite, on time and tidy. We looked around for some time before deciding on this company and were not disappointed.
