Windows plus have been perfect from start to finish, from our initial consultation right through to fitting and making sure we were happy with a follow up phone call from Jane, who has been a delight to speak to throughout this whole process. She has kept me so well informed, is really lovely and polite and clearly cares about the customers experience. Our fitters Dave and Dale were the definition of professional but also so easy to talk to. They made sure to show us how to use the new doors and windows which sounds simple but is an important touch. Great team and great final product.

Everything that i asked , I got a reply , Great friendly people can't fault anyone . No fault whats so ever .

Ben, the representative, was measured, thorough & informative throughout the session. At no point did we feel pressured to buy. All our questions were answered respectfully & equally thoroughly. We felt he was a very good salesman who understood our needs and quoted accordingly. The product was impressive.

Excellent service, the company rep was very informative and polite. Additional curtesy calls were a nice touch.The surveyor that attended my property was also informative and identified additional problems that are to be covered at no extra cost. Would highly recommend

Professional from start to finish. Everyone I came into contact with, in person or via phone, was friendly and knowledgeable which put me at ease. The whole process was a joy and I love my new composite front door.

From start to finish, everything was sorted through Deb in the office. I didn't have to worry about organising anything. All the work was completed on time, the builders/installers cleaned up after themselves and were really polite. I'm really happy with the end product and would highly recommend.

Great service. Mark came out to check if our windows could be replaced. Very prompt in replying back the quotation and very helpful to let us spread the cost of the payments too. Got the windows replace. Very neat work done. Glad we used this company and would highly recommend them.

Just had all of our windows replaced and couldn’t be happier. Chris and Callum were brilliant. Both hardworking and friendly and professional. They arrived when expected and didn’t finish until the light faded. Cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they were doing.

Absolutely fantastic windows and doors fitted from this company. Great service from start to finish. Windows are fab and the quality is so good compared to the previous pvc windows I had in. My new door is just amazing I feel posh haha. The fitters done a fab job and done it all in two days unfortunately I wasn’t able to be there as was working but everything was left tidy. Also Jane from the office for ringing and checking up how things were going and also had a visit from someone on the first day to make sure everything was going ok but didn’t catch his name. Sorry. Great service would highly recommend.

We can't praise Windows & Roofs enough. Got a pleasing quote with no pushy salesman. From start to finish the lovely Debbie rang us daily making sure we knew what was happening an getting done that day.Firstly we had Cam & Frazier who made a fantastic job of the new warm conservatory roof.Went beyond expectations of their job. Secondly we had Steve the plasterer who did a beautiful smooth job of the large ceiling. Lastly we had the electrician who fitted new sockets,ceiling spotlights plus outside soffit lights. Another amazing job. The whole team were friendly an left no mess as tidied up each day. We just want to say a big thankyou to each an everyone of you for transforming our conservatory. 👏

After installation they were all checked to make sure we were happy, and windows plus came out on several occasions to quality check

The windows were fitted very quickly by Craig & Lee they were very pleasant, efficient & tidy. I am very pleased with all the work carried out. I have used this company before as everyone including Jane were very helpful.

Window fitters Steve and Keith did a great job in a speedy and efficient manner. 8 windows 2 doors and a patio door fitted in 2 days. Pretty impressive. They were also polite and respected our property. Builder required to put in a lintel and thanks to Jane tne Project Co-ordinator it was completed in 3 days. Well done guys.

Didn't really like the way it was sold to me, and thought they were expensive even though they had the glass recycle discount.

I really wasn't looking forward to starting the process off, of approaching a firm to have double glazing windows replaced, but I realised that I had to do something quite quickly as the state of my existing window frames demanded it. I expected my initial face to face contact to be similar to meeting a second hand car salesman, but fortunately this wasn't the case. I felt very much listened to and that what I needed was accepted and wasn't 'shot down' in discussion. I also needed some time before the work was started, to take into account being away with my family. This was agreed without resistance and I was left in control of when work was to commence. The whole approach by the initial rep and also by the visiting surveyor was professional,courteous
and left me feeling in control. Subsequent contact with surveyor to request a change in the style of a fitting was accepted and addressed as perfectly acceptable and my choice to do so. Telephone contact to address dates and progress felt polite, honest and respectful.
Overall the whole experience of choosing, discussion and agreement with a very professional team, was positive. I will subsequently update the review on completion of the work in a few months.
