From day one designing to completion of the bay window extension was first class. Their expertise, support and hard work was top notch. I was kept informed by Bev (installation coordinator) at every step and she ensured a smooth process. Positives all the way - seeing Derek and Lee dig nearly 2 metres down in hard clay to form the foundations (without a mechanical digger due to access) was an incredible piece of commitment to get the job done. Friendly attentive team - well done everyone!

Fantastic communication from jane and the team from choosing the doors to fitting, dean and dale the fitters done a great and tidy job and the doors look outstanding. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND:)

The two installers turned up at appointed time and cracked on in good spirits.They took no breaks other than the expected lunch break and finished mid afternoon allowing me to complete a few tasks I thought would require next day probability. They even replaced an exterior tile I'd put to one side. Ta.

Friendly and efficient end to end service, from the initial discussion with sales, to call with customer service and the final install team. Good price for new doors and happy with end result. No issues at all

Very friendly and professional from the beginning. Bez showed us the windows and explained everything very clearly. The fitters were also brilliant, they turned up on time, completed the job to a high standard and didn’t stop working! Completed the job 2 days, would definitely use again or recommend to anyone looking for new windows/doors.

Just a quick review of the service I received from Jane at Windows plus roofs today had a little difficulty with the scaffolders they weren't responding to my telephone calls however Jane had in less than 24 hours resolved the situation and the scaffolding was removed thank you Jane for your fast efficient service

Throughout the whole process we were kept informed of what was going to happen and when; great project management. The team of guys installing the windows and doors were unbelievable. Within less than 5 hours they had fully installed all the windows and the two doors. In addition, they were incredibly fastidious in both preventing any mess then cleaning up the small mess that was made.
The difference the doors and windows have made is huge. So pleased we used Windows plus Roofs.

We were visited by Paul McKibbin at the beginning of October who measured up and gave us a quotation to replace the double glazed windows at the front of the house. He also showed us an example of the windows which would be fitted. Next the surveyor called and took exact measurements. We were told the installation would be in 4-5 weeks time and this was firmed up by Jane as 15th November. The installers arrived at 08.30 on 15th and set to work immediately, finishing everything by 13.00. Craig and Lee were both meticulous workers and we were left with virtually no cleaning up to do. We have since requested Paul to call again to give us a quote for the back of the house. He called today and we have signed up for the back windows.Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service from first appointment up to installation. Every question answered, everything explained, done properly, checked by manager and day after via the phone by office. I’ll do my doors next year and I’ll definitely use Windows Plus again.

Do not entertain this company. the salesmen PRESSURE YOU WITH all there tactics. Once they have your deposit there gone like a wind storm.NO cooling of period lost our deposit but taking them to court. We have NEVER come across a company like this ,disgusting is the word. people have complained about the work man ship and the delays they`ve had to suffer.

NO 7 DAY COOLING OF PERIOD WAS GIVEN EVEN WHEN I SPOKE TO DREW HEAD OF SALES. ALSO DREW SAID HE WOULD SEND A CONTRACT BY POST DATED LAST MONDAY. THE CONTRACT ARRIVED YESTERDAY WITH THE ROYAL MAIL STAMP DATED FRIDAY. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS CO. THE REVIEWS MY WIFE READ MADE HER CRY, YET TELLING THE SALES MANAGER DREW HE PROMISED A CALL BUT THIS NEVER HAPPEN. THEY ARE UNTRUST WORTHY DECIETFUL AND SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. EVEN TALKING TO A WOMAN SHE HARRASSED US. DONOT BUY FROM THIS Co. YOUR LIFE WILL BE A NIGHTMARE.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

After having a salesman come into our home and basically pressure us into taking up the SO CALLED DEAL that was far from a deal as we have later discovered, He claimed that this deal was only valid while he was there and after a few phone calls to his supposedly Boss, he did drop the price a bit, He would not give us time to consider it he just kept pushing and pushing until we agreed. I did explain that I was not comfortable making a decision on the spot but he was not interested in what I was saying.
After several weeks we were emailed a copy of `the contract` which when we tried to view was unreadable Contacted them and spoke with DREW and he said he would post one out to us, We received it this morning and not around 10 days ago.
After the atrocious customer services we have received and umpteen telephone calls we decided to cancel the order and low and behold they are refusing to give us our money back (to be honest we expected this from such a shoddy Company). So court here we come, I am not prepared to let them get away with this.
If there is anyone else out there who feels the same please get in touch so we can stop this company from ripping people off, we work hard for our livings and don't deserve people like them to come along and take it from us.

Just had my new warmer roof completed and awaiting final inspection

I must say it has been a pleasure from start to finish so far. From the initial chat through with Paul the salesman and updates from Debs managing the project.

The internal work completed by the plasterer and electrician have been real quality finishes.

There has to be a special mention to Tony and Josh the roofers who worked tirelessly for 3 days solid to construct the roof. The roof looks absolutely fantastic and has far exceeded our expectations, blending perfectly with existing kitchen roof.

Helpful in choosing what we wanted, A good expert who gave us a positive demonstration of what windows we will get and how well they'll perform. A great choice for a company that supplies and fits excellent windows and doors.

Update - Installation day came around pretty fast and it has been amazing. The installer had a quick chat, going through my order checking everything, including the measurements. The level of detail from them has been excellent, the installer fashioned new skirting from an old piece that would have had been scrapped. The skirting board now flows seamlessly right up to the window as though it was like that from the start. The clean up as expected was thorough leaving nothing behind for us to do. A couple of days later the plasterer arrived to complete the fit and finish to an excellent standard. Overall Windows plus Roofs have been fabulous from the start. We now have so much light coming into the dining room with a patio door that just glides open and closed.

Our experience was excellent the guy who came out was very professional and extremely good at the job in the measuring up and explaining how things where going every step of the way

Excellent service engineers were efficient and friendly and done a superb job and admin staff kept us informed and followed up each stage of installation. Overall would recommend this firm. Thankyou

he was very good at his job easy to talk to took to show ing all parts of windows and the door showing us all the locks to the windows and doors very good.

Adam & Luke were brilliant, windows and doors fitted quickly and to a high standard. Kim was great and keeping us informed of when things would be happening and always checking everything had gone okay and we were happy.

I had the pleasure of meeting Courtney for the second time to arrange fitting of new doors and windows for the outhouse at the side of the house.
He is a pleasant and very professional young man, who demonstrates very good knowledge of his firm’s business. Courtney explained the process and gave me the time to reflect before making any decision.
The first installation of windows went so smoothly that I had little hesitation in arranging the next job. Thank you all at Windows and Roofs for accommodating me and being so professional at every stage of the process- the cleanest, tidiest window installation ever!
