Eyes on the Ground attends property viewings on behalf of buyers, relocators and investors who can't keep making the trip. Within 48 hours you receive an honest written report, full video walkthrough and photography in a dedicated folder, giving you genuine ground level intelligence before you commit to anything. The report highlights condition issues, renovation observations and the things an estate agent won't volunteer. What you see in listing photos and what's actually there are frequently not the same thing. Completely independent with no estate agent, relocation agent or deal sourcer affiliation. No financial interest in whether you proceed, walk away or decide to view yourself. The decision is always entirely yours and EOTG works for the potential buyer only. For those seeking honest ground level insight into the area they're relocating to or investing in. I give you on the ground intelligence on the street, what's three doors down, noise levels, parking and what transport access actually looks like in practice all things that cannot be captured online, on Google Street View or in a Facebook group. As someone who has been analysing the Hastings and St Leonards market daily and walking its streets consistently, I can tell you whether an area genuinely meets your lifestyle needs or, as an investor, whether the street and local area actually supports the buyer or tenant profile you're targeting. For surrounding areas and wider East Sussex by enquiry. All on the ground observation at the time of viewing is provided, including street feel, transport and immediate surroundings. Hastings and St Leonards remains where the market knowledge runs deepest.もっと見る
