If I could give this airline a zero…
If I could give this airline a zero rating, I would. I had to wait for nearly an hour just to get my calls answered. Chatbot is not much of a cop either! It just takes you round and round in circles. To add insult to injury, Dmytro, the customer service that eventually picked up my call is the most unhelpful person there is going. He/they do not know how to value their customers at all. They do not believe in advocating consumer rights either. To this end, I will not be using this airline in future. To my fellow would be passengers, avoid using this airline at any cost!!

Muy mala experiencia con esta compañía, me cobraron dos veces por la maleta. Compré una maleta, no me dejaron pasarla a cabina y tuve que pagar otros 73 euros, además me dieron un recibo y cuando pedí factura, el importe no coincidía con lo que había pagado. El personal muy mal, quise ponerle una reclamación y la chica no iba identificada ni se quiso identificar. Hice una reclamación y la cerraron en breve sin solucionar.

On my last 2 flights with Wizz they have blatantly extorted me even though check-in agents have been sympathetic to their methods. In the first instance, I changed a booking, added luggage, payment did not go through in the first try. I tried again and received a written confirmation. Somehow, they had not registerred in their system and at Katowice Airport they said their system overrides any written confirmation I have, so I had to pay for my added luggage the 2nd time and more than double because it was at the airport. They refused to check me in otherwhise. Blatant theft. My second horror experience with was that they changed my flight from Reykjavik to Gdansk. I had bought through a 3rd agent and accepted the change through them but somehow could not check in online (even though Wizz itself had changed the flight). They insisted on an at airport check-in fee of EUR 45 per head for a family of three, otherwhise they would not check you in. So in 2 instances flaws in their own system have led to extorting me even though I have previously paid, accepted, registerred and made sure that everything on my end is taken care of. Therefore, theft and extortion is ingrained as a company policy. I don't understand how this company and its leadership can live with themselves.

El avión era normal, como otra aerolinea de bajo coste pero tanto el vuelo de ida como el de vuelta se nos retrasó varias horas, por lo que perdimos otros transportes que teníamos sin que nadie nos abonase el dinero perdido. Una verguenza que se retrase tanto y no te den ni siquiera un mínimo de compensación, nunca más volaré con esta empresa.

This Airway company is SCAM. If you do not want to get cancelled your ticket just a day just before your departure. Even that the plan is still leaving, but the company sold your ticket to another costumer. Then do not use this Airway company. Wizz air cancelled our tickets with no refund, and we had booked hotel and planed tour. We lost our money on that those too. Keep away from this scam, cheating Airway Company, if do not want to loose your money!

Una compagnia dei truffatori! Impossibile fare check-in online. Non lo fanno fare assolutamente! Poi in aeroporto vogliano la multa, per non aver fatta check in online. In EVN noi dobbiamo dovuto anche pagare quella multa in contanti, perche loro terminal non funzionava. Se non fosse avevo comprata i biglietti , non userei mai volo con loro - si paga doppio.
My first time using this airline
My first time using this airline. Been to over a hundred flights having visited at least 65 countries. The landing was super super smooth like it just glided gracefully on the floor. Maybe the best landing i had ever. Salute to the pilot. To Moldova on 17/03 arrived night time from Luton.The staff were nice.

Wizzair, wynieram droższe linie bo macie kiepskie godziny lotów. We wtorki nie znajdziesz lotu porannego i wieczornego, to samo środy. Żegnam więc na zawsze :)
Dobre linie przy niskich cenach
Tanie linie więc nie ma co wymagać najwyższych standardów. Za ceny biletów które oferują uważam że usługi są w porządku. Kiedyś miałem sytuację z opóźnionym lotem i bez problemu dostałem odszkodowanie. Generalnie nie jest to najlepsza linia lotnicza ale zdecydowanie polecam.

The worst airline. Flight canceled without any reason given, no assistance provided for rebooking. They refuse to refund the canceled hotel because the flight was canceled, not delayed. we had a flight scheduled for December 31 from Lisbon to Belgrade, after more than 6 hours of waiting the flight was canceled, the next day they gave two options on the website to travel on January 01 or 04. On January 1, people also had to wait 5 hours to board and the option of traveling on January 4 is not available anymore, I have to buy another ticket if I want to travel. I'm still forced to buy another ticket after all the taxi and other expenses due to this cancellation. What a shameful company.

extremely disappointed with Wizz Air’s handling of my claim. It’s been over four months since I filed it, and despite countless follow-ups, there has been no resolution or payment. The customer service team has been unhelpful, dismissive, and provides no clear answers regarding the delay. This lack of communication and accountability is shocking and frustrating.
As a paying customer, I expected Wizz Air to act with professionalism and respect, especially during a challenging time when I needed support. Unfortunately, their service has caused me nothing but stress. I would not recommend Wizz Air to anyone looking for a reliable airline that takes customer concerns seriously. Based on my experience, they have proven they do not value their customers’ time or trust.
