Always the best service

Great service , great people . Service Contract is great value

This company is outstanding. We had an emergency with a leak on our heating system, they came straight out for us and resolved the problem straight away, saving us a fortune in damage / insurance excess. They then arranged to come back on a later date and re do all of our pipe work so that this didn’t happen again. The guys were really friendly, tidy and didn’t rip us off.
We will be using them for all of our future heating needs and would fully recommend to friend and family.

The engineer was helpful and pleasant and serviced the boiler. As the boiler is only one year old it wasn't a difficult task but he did ask if there were any radiator problems. It wasn't a cheap service (but apparently would be cheaper if I took out a maintenance agreement but my boiler has a 5-yr manufacturers guarantee).

Quick, efficient service. Always polite and courteous , wouldn’t use any other service.

WLV, arrived within the time frame on the day they offered. The engineers are friendly , and work efficiently and leave no mess after completion of the work. More than happy with the service received, and would recommend them to others. I have used them for approx two years now, and continue to do so.

Have been with WLV Heating Ltd from the beginning. They are the best in the business and the nicest and most professional guys you could wish to meet. Their work is 10 out of 10. Their knowledge is second to none. If you are looking for a gas boiler specialist or any problems with radiators gas fires and your boiler. Then please do yourself a favour and ring WLV Heating first. Don’t mess about with gas, ask these lads.

Our previous engineer died we were contacted and given this company.Quoted £120 (previously paid £90) queried price but told that it was the best price for a gas fire service. NO mention of VAT. When account came £12 had been added. Queried this and a woman said they would check a recording of our conversation when the booking was made. After a very short time received a revised bill for £120 inc VAT NO apology.In fact the woman was quite rude.

Recently had WLV service my boiler, I have not used them before but very impressed with professional service and customer care. Highly recommended.

Good service and good advice.

Cannot fault these guys absolutely first class service, reliable trustworthy and went the extra mile as we were having 5 new radiators fitted, decorator let us down wall behind radiator should have been painted prior to radiator being fitted - I was speechless when they said “ no problem give me a brush and the paint” can you believe they actually painted behind the radiator for us / Thank you ☺️. From coming out and quoting to the radiator’s been fitted I honestly cannot find fault - will definitely be using them again to do the upstairs radiators later this year - give them a try you will not be disappointed defo 5 star - ⭐ would not hesitate to have them back in the house 👍🏻

Excellent Service, I can’t fault Dave at all, always gets my boiler up and running. open and honest opinion on the jobs that need doing too, no unnecessary costs.
Totally reliable and id highly recommend these guys to anyone I know who needs this sort of service.

Very polite very happy with the service.thankfully get a reminder for boiler service every year . No mess would recomend .
