Excellent service and adam was brilliant

Had my boiler serviced by WLV, had a message from Scott with an ETA of what time he would arrive. Friendly and knowledgeable, no mess left at all everything was good. Will use again.

Professional, reliable and courteous service as always, highly recommended.

I found the initial quotation and booking process very straightforward and found the price quotation reasonable for the work that was carried out.
On the day the engineers were friendly and did a good job servicing the boiler, installing a radiator and cleaned up well afterwards.
In summary I would certainly use WLV Heating Ltd and would recommend them to anyone else for boiler related work.

Scott was a very competent technician, gas fire service was done efficiently and with great care.

I was in desperate need to get my boiler fixed as we had no heating and without hesitation david came and the easy option would have been a new boiler but Dave said he could re build it with a few new parts and came out the following day and did just that . Anyone else would have said new boiler ( easy option Amd more money in there pocket ) but not this company . They are very friendly and trust worthy and I highly recommend.

I booked a boiler maintenance inspection by WLV after reading the excellent reviews on line. Scott sent me a text providing me with an ETA and he was bang on time. He proved to be a top man: very professional, very thorough, friendly and polite. He carried out a 5 year service on my boiler and gas fire and provided me with a breakdown of what he had done. I was so impressed, I set up a direct debit for another service for next year with WLV. In doing so, I received a 50% discount on my already competitively priced bill.

WLV fitted our new boiler 12 months ago. Guys were friendly and did a great job. Left everything tidy on completion and the boiler has been perfect. They came on 4 November this year for its first service, again with a friendly smile, spent at least an hour checking everything very thoroughly. No problems of course. Such a nice guy. Nothing was too much trouble. Answered any questions we may have had. Everything left clean and tidy on departure. Definitely recommend you to family and friends. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable about their trade. Thanks guys.

The lads who run this company are second to none. Honest and trustworthy, I feel completely at ease when they are in my home servicing my boiler.
They can be relied on to turn up at the set time and always respect your home and clean up afterwards.

Forsooth — upon a morn colder than a taxman’s heart, when even my breath turned to snow and my soul began to question life itself, my boiler did perish most dramatically. It groaned, it clanked, it sighed, and then — silence. My castle became an igloo. My tea went cold in protest. I wept softly into my dressing gown.

But lo! Through the mists of despair, there came a sound — the rumble of destiny! A van most gallant drew near, shining in the weak winter sun like Excalibur on wheels.
Out stepped Sir David himself, toolbox in hand, eyes aglow with the fire of a thousand functioning radiators.

“Good morrow, fair Craig,” spake he, his voice smooth as freshly bled copper pipe. “Thy boiler hath betrayed thee — but fear not, for I bring warmth, laughter, and an invoice most reasonable.”

He approached the fallen boiler as a knight would face a dragon: calm, brave, and slightly amused. He muttered ancient incantations such as “pressure valve” and “circulation pump,” and lo, the beast stirred once more!

BANG! WHIRRR! WHOOSH!
The thing came alive with such force that I feared it might achieve consciousness.
The radiators hissed with delight, the air grew warm, and my frozen extremities rejoiced like peas in a boiling pot. I danced about the lounge like a mad bard freshly paid in gold.

Even the dog — once a rigid, furry ice block — thawed out and strutted across the carpet with regal satisfaction. Birds outside began to sing. I swear I heard angels applauding softly from the loft.

And when the deed was done, Sir David wiped his hands, left no trace, and vanished into the sunset like a legend — off, no doubt, to rescue another poor soul from the icy grip of boiler despair.

Were it up to me, I would knight the man upon the spot. Nay — canonise him!
Give him medals, parades, and a sitcom of his own.
Five stars? Bah! I give him the entire Milky Way.

WLV were able to assist me online with my query (boiler not working) and sent an engineer out the same day. I was kept informed regarding who would be arriving and when, which was appreciated. The engineer arrived and was very professional and friendly and most importantly honest with regards to what needed to be done and the recommended approach. A part was required and was ordered on the same day (after a very transparent quote) and fitted two days later (due to the weekend) to fix the issue first time. Everyone I have dealt with at WLV has been polite and respectful. I can't fault the service and would recommend them to others. I will be using again.
