Board runs really well, nice materials, fast as hell.

Terrible after sales, they seems to playing with you. my motors was dead after 2 month.
Just buy one to know what can be a bad shape

The mini 2s is the best electric mini board on the market, rider 80 kg and reaches no problem 50 km/h. Just be carefull of the speed wobbels... And if you get the board make sure to loctite the battery bolts.

If you're considering buying from WowGo, don't. I've seen a lot of reviews of them, but they all have to be paid off. I bought a board from WowGo, and I straight up never received it. The support team is of literally no use whatsoever. They do not care about their costumers. They will take your money and run. So please don't buy anything from them. Don't be fooled by paid "reviews"

Want to share my experience with Wowgoboard as they just keep ignoring me, for over a month now. I gave them a lot of time to solve my issue with my order but as they dont reply, now my honest review.

I have ordered the AT2-plus from Wowgo. Item was on stock in the EU warehouse and shipment is promised in 2-7 days. I bough additional 3 months warrenty so In total 12 months. My experience since then:

- Ordered on the first of august and received it on the 22nd. They gave many of the same excuses Im seeing in other reviews.
- When I received the board I got the version with red engines instead of the black. Seems like they try to get rid of the pre production models. Wowgo claims the factory didnt tell them they change colors.
- Wowgo promised to get in touch with the factory and arrange new engines for me after about 200 messages in the chat. They first said that it wasnt a big deal and that maybe I should put stickers on it (on hot engines)! Since then, no response for 5 weeks.
- When the board came out of the box I noticed the wheels cannot get straight in line with the board. After doing some research I found out that the kingpins attached to the board are bend sideways. Wowgo claims this is normal but when Im asking for a technical explanation they stop responding.

Wowgo is great at responding quickly when you about to buy but after your purchase they just stop caring. Please be carefull and aware of this.

Conclusion:
Luckily I did receive my board but dont trust shipment promises.

Warrenty is a joke, as they just ignore you. If you have any issues with your board you can probably only buy spare parts yourself. Im not so lucky because the base plates are not on the spare parts list.

You just cannot trust the promises they make on there website and what they tell you in the chat.

Also I noticed that they delete negative reviews on there own website about experiences like this.

Wowgoboard is a unreliable company and isnt ready to meet western standards.

Really like all wowgo at2. I have been riding it in sf.

Quick and Great customer service

Wowgo 3e is the board of the future and i feel like Iron Man flying through my city. This is some serious technology that has changed my life

However it seems to not come with any pivot cup and the trucks wear away with heavy turning and use to become pretty much unridable, jumping from side To side with no pivot cup. after just a few months, BUT i feel i have definitely got my 450$ worth in those few months

Shipping takes a while from China but the customer service is Excellent. The board is wortb every penny, even if its for just a few months of serious riding.

I have ordered the wowgo E3 2weeks ago ( said it would take 2-7 days) haven't gotten any response from the customer service I called the number they have on the site and nobody replies. I contacted customer support Who isn't responding to any emails I have sent they just took my money and ran. I can't even ask for refund because there isn't a any way to contact them . This should have been my First purchase of an electric skateboard and it's been terrible. I have spent 30$ for shipping and 15$ dollars for the protection and it was a total scam

Excellent communication with Emmy from Wowgo. Best sk8 boards for beginners and professionals. Having heaps of fun with these boards. Good speed and good stability. Thankyou Wowgo way to go ❤️

I bought a used Wowgo AT2 electric skateboard from a seller on Facebook and I am absolutely in LOVE with this thing!! I am in my mid 40's but have as much fun as when in my 20's. This board will endure all types of terrain and haul me around no problem. I can even put my 60 pound daughter on my back and cruise the same paths. Being that the board was used it was way past the arm of its original warranty offered by the company. This made no difference when reaching out to both the Wowgo customer service and technical teams. They answered my questions, provided support and guided me when necessary. The clincher for me was when I was at a low point (my dog had just died, I was having trouble with my board, and had work related issues) and they helped me get riding again. If you are on the fence about buying a Wowgo, go for it!!!

I’ve been riding the AT2 for over 2 years now and have put more than 7,000 km on it. I’m really impressed with how well the board has held up and it still performs flawlessly. Plus, the customer service at WowGo has been top-notch throughout.

Honest review from Aarhus. Denmark. I gotta admit, I was a bit unsure if I would get my board after reading a lot of negative reviews about the company. I bought it the 13th of August, wrote them on the 19th because nothing has happened with the tracking, and they replied the day after, apologised for the inconvenience - which was really nice. They needed to restock their EU warehouse, and two weeks later it arrived. Ive only been riding for a day now, but wow it's a quality board I can say for sure (been longboarding for 12 years now - not electric though.

I’m shocked they are still in business. They can’t keep any promise, their communication is terrible and they just keep lying. Weeks later, no product and no refund.
Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely the worst experience I have had. Customer service answers just what they want and not what they were asked. Board never arrived. Always different excusee. I am wondering how do they even exist. And pretty sure most of positive comments here are written by themselves…
